I had a cracked windshield in my personal vehicle, my company suggested calling up Low Price Auto Glass. I stopped by the shop set up a time for the next afternoon. When I arrived the following afternoon, they jumped right on it, I was literally out of there in under half an hour. What an Awesome experience super friendly staff...

Needed windshields on 3 cars at once (I run two non profit car programs). Called around and got a number of quotes, Low Price Auto Glass gave the best price and the best accommodation/appointments (I had two cars with me, so the mobile tech came and did the install, and the third was brought to the office in person). No air leaks, look great, will gladly call again in the future for another quote.

They give cash discounts. Serviced my vehicle the next day in a reasonable amount of time, and it looks perfect. Very kind people that work there. They provide a lifetime warranty for any leaks or chips in the glass.

I called today for a windshield replacement. They didnt have in stock, but arranged it in 1 hr. They finished the work in an hour and also gave cash discount. It is an Aftermarket windshield but better than spending lot of money without insurance. Will wait for sometime to ensure quality is good.But they give life time warranty and free repair on chips. I would recommend them.

After getting several quotes from around the Tri-Valley, I chose Low Price in Dublin because their prices were good and they checked my car twice to make sure they had the right windshield for my car (mine had rain sensors and other fancy things). They said it would be a little over an hour, but they were able to complete it in 45 minutes! And they gave a discount for paying in cash. Overall, great experience and my new windshield looks great!

The price they quoted me was exactly the price it came out to, including taxes and fees! I needed my windshield replaced and they were able to do it the next business day after I called. I will definitely come back for any glass work in the future.

Not so good experience. Some idiot broke my cars back glass (in Oakland), so I took my car to this shop. They fixed one problem but also created another one. I ended up getting multiple scratches on my car right below the glass area that was repaired. There technician did nothing to protect my car paint while removing left over broken glass. After looking at the scratches it appeared as if someone drove into my car within their shop while moving car in & out of the shop. I showed the manager pictures I took before and after, but as anticipated, the manager denied of any wrong doing. I requested to look at the video recording and he gave a business card asking me to email the owner. I emailed the owner but have not heard back. So think before visiting this place...it may be cheaper (if you are lucky), but there are many alternates available.

These guys rock! Very professional, very affordable and courteous service. My driver side, up down window got smashed as part of a burglary. Clearly, I needed to have this fixed asap because I could not have gone driving around with a busted window. There can be rain, locking wont do any good etc. Before going to Low Price, I called the big name companies in this space like SafeLite, and was told the appointment is 3 to 4 weeks out AND they were almost twice as expensive. These guys ordered the part in the morning, gave me an appointment in the afternoon and fixed my car while I waited in under 1 hour. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would. -RT

Good quality glass & friendly service.Sam D. & I message on Yelp for my Audi Q5 front windshield. Sam helped me find a Pilkington then a PGW glass. I google and learn a bit about the difference in quality of aftermarket glass, compare to FYG, and OEM.On day of service, I got Pilkington at a price lower than quoted. My Audi windshield now looks perfect. I have replaced windshields many times at this shop before, so many cracked by stones on 680.I also had a very good breakfast at Denicas, a few blocks away. A good walk, a nice breakfast, and a good walk back to pick my Audi, all fixed up.Nice combination.

Ive been coming to Low Price Auto Glass for many years. They do a great job with replacing/fixing windshields and window tinting. And their prices are really good...especially if you pay cash.

Theyre cool guys, very helpful and knowledgeable on there stuff. They did the tint on my VW and I really really like it. I would suggest this place again, been telling my friends go to this. On my tint its was 35 front 12 back, and the contrast on both really looks perfect.

I was the unfortunate victim of a hate crime. Rock thrown at car. These guys really helped out not only did they have the best price, they had excellent service and was able to fit me in that day and let a friend pay over the phone. The next day I thought there was a seal or rubber cosmetic piece missing. Nick showed the right amount of concern when I said something. He went and check with his guy and came back. Turns out I was mistaken (I even had a photo lol) and through out our interaction was pleasant and poliet. Not once did I feel talked down upon as I am used to in this situation.If need I will return here and I will be recommending them to my friends

I called this place at about 9am on a Wednesday. They quoted me a price within a few minutes(almost 1/2 the price another company quoted), ordered the glass and I set a same day appointment for 1pm. They had said the work was to take 1.5 hours but I was out within an hour with a new windshield for $10 less then what they quoted. Staff was friendly and there was a good Wi-Fi connection available for the wait. Happy customer.

A 100% honest experience:I came here to get my rear passenger window replaced after my car was broken into. It was a place my insurance referred me to. I drive a 2017 Honda Civic. With a $100 deductible, my total to pay out of pocket for a rear passenger window at Low Price was 126$.When the rear passenger window was replaced, they explained they found that the black plate that is next to the window had a large chip in it. Low Price told me it was the person that broke into my car that chipped it. He made me walk to the Honda parts next door and order the part that cost at least 30$. I was annoyed that I did not notice the chip before, but no big deal.However after I walked back, I was looking through pictures I took at the location it was broken in to and a picture I took in my garage before I went into Low Price. I noticed the chip Low Price blamed on the person that broke into my window was not there ! I showed the man helping me the picture and he then went into the back and came out explaining there was a misunderstanding with the technician, and the technician actually broke it. They would order the part and replace it for free.Extremely frustrated for this awkward misunderstanding, and also feeling like they were going to make me pay for their mistake had I not noticed, I get home and look carefully over my car again. I notice my tint was scratched on my front passenger window that was ALSO not there after the break in! I also later noticed scratches in the area between the arm rest and the bottom of the window that probably are a result from installation of the window. I’m pretty sure these scratches in the plastic were not there even after the break in. Knowing they worked on that side of my car and having lack of trust in Low Price at this point, I could not believe it. I called and explained that I found a scratch in the tint and the man said we did not do it but we will take a look.A couple days later I get a call explaining that the part ordered from Honda was wrong and they will have to re-order.A couple more days go by. Low Price calls notifies the part is ready. I set up an appointment to replace the part and for them to look at the scratch in my tinted front passenger window. I show up and it is the wrong part. Three times a charm, right? He takes a look at the scratch in the tint and he says we will replace it. So now I had to set up another appointment. I am employed, I have things to do and places to go, I cannot keep doing this.By chance a few weeks later my drivers side rear window was broken into. I obviously found another place and that wonderful place is called All Glass and they only charged me 100$ flat ! Low price charged me 26$ more. Low Price is not the lowest price in town.Finally after a month, I get my window tinted and black plate replaced for free. The man told me it might take less than an hour. It took more than two hours for these two replacements.I am honored they owned up to their mistakes and thankful to have a window, but I will definitely not be coming back here again for future business with them.GO TO ALL GLASS THATS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET!!!!!!!

Great place for the replacement

First off, tried getting window tint quote via text, hours passed and nothing received. Dont advertise text quotes if you cant deliver. Then tried calling for a quote, and some kid spoke 100 mph and put me on hold without giving me a chance to say what did you say its really that difficult for a 1 minute quote? Guessing this place is just too busy to handle more customers. Taking my business to oakland where someone answers the phone.

They beat everyone elses price by a minimum of $120. Considering that they were ordering the windshield from the dealer just the same as every other place I went to, thats a bargain. Car was clean when they were done. Waiting room clean with free wifi. Only took about an hour for install

Let me share my experience.I went to this shop Oct2018 for windshield screen replacement. Everything was done and price was also within my budget. I had an appointment and there did their job on time.After the glass replacement,My observation while driving is, when I am driving on highways , there is a noise coming , seems to be the joining section of the glass and body . Also if the road is uneven, I can feel it, while driving.

Had a small chip for 3 months and decided to have it repaired. They said it wont completely disappear but will stop it from spreading. It didnt even look any better. As a matter of fact it looked even worse because they drilled into it and the epoxy didnt cover any of it. Then one week later the chip turned into a large crack. Complete waste of time and money.

First, let me start off by saying that these guys are GREAT!!!! Im embarrassed to say I came here twice in one week....the first time...I called and asked for a quote to get my windows tinted...I liked the price and asked if they could squeeze me in the same day...no problems...other places in the area were telling me I had to wait two weeks so that was a super plus for fitting me in on such short notice...I get there and I see theyre super busy and I started to feel bad for giving them more work....I know I hate it! But, no problems. ..theyre very professional and friendly...family owned business...and they got the work done fast before I had to go to work...picked up my car and it was NIIIIICE! LOVED IT! well fast forward a couple of days later and my slow minded self locked my keys in the car along with the spare(idiot) so instead of calling a tow service to come unlock my car I decided it would be more faster to break my wing window...not knowing it would cost me more! Uuuuugh, well....I ride around with a ugly hole in my window and call these guys up and told them what happened and with no hesitation ordered my window and the very next day was able to take it in and get installed AND tinted it for free! Yay! These guys worked super fast....I thought it would take all day but only took 2 hours.....love it! If you want good quality work done on your car, bring it here....they know what their doing!!!
