I had several 8mm tapes from 20 years ago. Mark initially told me there was something different about the tapes when he ran them. I forgot to tell them that they were from a different region (PAL). He didn’t have the equipment to convert, so instead of telling me he couldn’t do it; he went and bought a camcorder that supported that region. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are taking care of. 100% recommended, 100% satisfied. Thanks Mark!

Ive had a number of video tapes converted to DVD by Mtek, and have been very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. They are convenient, fast, affordable, and a pleasure to work with!

Very disappointed in the service. We gave videos to be converted to DVD, which they did the basic job of, earning that one star. However, they did not follow the simplest requests we made. And when we called on the day our videos were supposed to be ready, we were told, quite rudely, that they werent ready and that they would call us when it was ready (implying not to call them again). So, with only delivering the lowest level of what was promised/expected and rude customer service, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They have done over 200 hours of videos from all different types of cameras and formats. Call to ask questions about different types of footage, and make sure that you arent accidentally paying for an old taped episode of law and order. It is also nice that I dont have to send them in the mail, which scares me.

I sold a VCR/DVD combo to this business. They used it for 30 days and then filed a claim that it was defective.Really dishonest and unreasonable for a small business to treat another small business so unfairly. Buyer beware.
