Wow! This is my first time in this site! Impressive, quick and efficient service! Best oil change experience ever! Professionalism and Customer Service are top notch. My service technician is Elisa. First, she greeted me with a smile and gave me a bottled water which is sweet! She gave me different options, explained everything she was going to do and gave me some tips to help prolong my old Honda ‘06 engine. Price is reasonable and used my $10 coupon I got from their website. Couldn’t be happier with this service!

I was in Columbus on vacation and needed an oil change before getting on the road back home the next day. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing and was taken care of quickly and professionally. I felt much safer driving back with that taken care of, thank you!

WARNING!!!! UPDATED : It’s been about 2 months since my service at take 5. Today I am getting an oil change only to find out that the oil filter they used was either defective or horribly cheap, which resulted in tiny strips of metal coming out from it. This resulted in my simple oil change turning into a half day endeavor of waiting for a different mechanic picking these said pieces out. Like seriously do better! So aggravated right now because that oil change was not cheap compared to others! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! The trade off for time will hurt your pocket later!Had an oil change here the other day, there was no conventional oil choice, so it was a little bit pricier than some other cheap places, but the excellent service makes up for it. Love that the work was done by multiple people, very communal, and there was a woman mechanic as well! Service is super fast and friendly!

Usually this location has been excellent and my go to. Today however, the experience was awe full. The service tech was extremely unprofessional and did a poor job. He was on the phone the whole time and barely acknowledged anything. I would have left had they not started working right away and of course the benefit of the doubt I gave the place from past experiences. Unfortunately, I paid the price for taking that chance. The service tech overfilled the fluids and did services without consulting me. He also argued about “fluid levels” which I had serviced myself recently- sure enough later upon checking everything was overfilled well above limits. Now I will be taking my car to our mechanic to make sure this guy didn’t mess up anything else. So a cheap oil change now cost me a lot more.I did speak to the service manager and she was kind and courteous. Despite the reassurance and the generosity of discounts offered by her, however, I would be avoiding any services at this location for any other family vehicles for the time being.I just don’t feel safe and comfortable with bringing in vehicles driven by other family members with such inept workmanship being present and going unchecked.

Fantastic service (always do here). But just takes forever to wait sometimes and yesterday was one of those times. Takes the convenience out of quick oil change but the service is always top notch

The reps who helped me were very knowledgeable but not pushy like other places are.

In my opinion based on my interaction they do not know what theyre doing when it comes to newer vehicles 2015 and up. The employees seemed untrained and unaware of how to use the equipment provided to them. The manager and district manager lack professionalism and failed to follow-up on a request. If you care about your car do not take it here

Very understaffed; waited a long time with bays empty. Technicians seem very hassled. Also, almost $100 for an oil change (even given SUV and synthetic oil) seems high.

They were fast & offered me a bottle of water. Everyone was nice but the reason I am giving them 3 out of 5 is because they spilled oil all over my exhaust manifold & it was smoking and smelled awful. I thought I had engine damage. They checked the air in my tires also but I had to ask for them to put air in one that was very low with 18 lbs of air in it. I would not go back to them again.

More like take your time getting off the phone. Place was empty when we pulled in. One employee out front smoking. Other one in the back smoking and on his phone. We sit there for a few minutes while he keeps taking, then looks at us and starts looking for the other employee to come help us. We left. Didnt want to help us, oh well plenty of other places to take our money.Update- Saw the owner posted a reply. It still solves nothing. I cannot give you a try if I cannot get someone to actually serve us. His phone call was so important that he went looking for another employee instead of guiding us into a bay. We drove to the Valvoline oil change station just down the street and were guided in immediately. They knew we were there and looked the other way. Wont be around much longer.

I have had oil changes performed by Take 5 several times, and I leave happy 95% of the time. However, the last two times I’ve gone, they did not have the required oil and/or filter for my car (Infiniti Q50: SAE 0W 30).The first time this happened, they promptly placed an order for these items, and I returned within a few business days to get the oil change. Yesterday, however, I was informed (prior to him physically checking inventory/me even entering the bay) by an employee that I’ve never seen before that they do not have the filters for my car. I was turned away without any sort of indication whether or not they would be ordering my supplies. I would love to leave a five star review, but I’m a little bit disappointed by my most recent experience, as this encounter basically tells me “we can’t service you anymore.”

Every person I interacted with was SO nice and helpful. I never felt taken advantage of (which is a common occurrence for young women at auto shops, sadly). They were quick, professional, and courteous. They even installed my rear windshield wiper for me that I had sitting in my backseat for over a week because I couldn’t figure it out! They just went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I’ve already recommended this location to all of my family!! I’ll definitely be back again!

Quick Service, Friendly Staff!

After waiting for 15 minutes, I was never acknowledged even though the workers saw me and were walking around inside with 2 gates available. I have been coming here for years and am disappointed. Won’t come back.

The guys there are so friendly and incredibly helpful. They weren’t trying to sell me extra stuff. Just there to give me good service for what I needed. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

My oil light stated it needed an oil change but i had already had an oil change the month.before.. So the guys stated the person that did it did not reset it and he reset.it for me which i am grateful for. TY very much.

In the past the customer service was amazing, today they seemed understaffed and busy. The service was satisfactory but nothing compared to what Ive received in the past.

They purposefully stripped the oil pan bolt, forcing me to have to replace the entire oil pan.

I like this place because you are in and out without being harassed to buy assorted car necessities. I am there for a oil change & thats what I get. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service.

Reasonably priced, normally quick service but a tech was training and had difficulty getting my filter off.

This was my first visit here after a bad experience from another oil change place. When you first pull up they give you a bottle of water, nice first impression. The technicians that helped me Eric, Eric and Aaron were very professional and kind. They explained all the different types of oil changes available and did not try to up sell me into something I didnt need. At the end of the visit they even wash your windshield! Just the few little touches and extra kindness from the employees make this oil change shop above the rest. Only wish they offered tire rotation so I wouldnt have to go anywhere else.

I decided to use the convenient place, instead of waiting at a dealer. Guess what? This cheaper place wanted $15 more than the dealer. They do let you sit in the car while they work, but they are not considered as good as a dealers service -- for more money!

Always get quick professional service when I’m there and never feel like I’m pressured into buying anything extra. Only improvement I could suggest is that all but one of their employees were wearing their masks over their mouth AND nose. If you’re going to wear a mask, wear it correctly when speaking to the customer. It’s useless if you’re nose isn’t covered too 🤷🏼‍♀️

Had an oil leak issue I needed looked at, guys in there were very up front and honest. Took a look and got me fixed up, topped off on oil and fluids and even gave me tips on other features my engine may need serviced. I was also sent out with extra pieces for down the road when I do my oil changes in the future. Overall great customer service I’ve always been scared of shops like these but they defiantly helped me out and made me feel great about leaving and even returning with further issues!

I had heard good things about this shop from friends and decided to give them a try. I printed a coupon from their website and brought it in. The first thing I did was ask whether the coupon would apply and I was assured it would. They completed the oil change, I went to pay, and I was told they wouldn’t honor the coupon price. The manager then confirmed that they wouldn’t meet the price they had agreed upon and I ended up paying more. If you want service like this - this is the place for you!

They get the oil change and Auto Services done ,correctly .Employees there are pleasant. The prices are very economical. They have a 25 percent discount for Rideshare Driver vehicles.

I went to fast 5 in Dublin for the first time today. Even though I didn’t know what I was doing, I was greeted by a nice girl who told me how that place works lol I enjoyed my whole experience. These guys are great! Ive been coming here for my last 2 or 3 oil changes and the service is consistently friendly, reasonably priced, and fast (~15 minutes). Staff members are super efficient and never pushy about extra services. I appreciate that they dont try to convince me to get new wiper blades and air filters every visit. Will be back.

Id never been to a Take 5 Oil Change before; they literally take ten minutes to change your vehicles oil, plus they check your battery life, tire air pressure, and other services. They give you a running commentary on what they find, if they see anything that needs fixed, and they are extremely professional. I brought my own oil and filter, so I saved quite a bit of money, but I was really impressed! The owner also is present and she checks the work to make sure its the best. You dont even need to get out of the car! No more leaving your car at the mechanics overnight just to get the oil changed.

Awesome experience! Topped off my oil, tires, coolant, AND power steering fluid for FREE!!! Prices are really good, too!! Staff is very friendly, quick, and experienced! They showed me my oil after topping it off, which looked almost brand new! I ended up getting new windshield wipers, a new air filter, AND cabin filter as well. Awesome experience. Awesome people! Take 5 IS my new oil change spot!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!

My first experience with 5 Minute was fantastic. I was met with a friendly greeting and a bottle of water. The staff was extremely professional, and worked as a team to service my car. They even installed wiper blades I had purchased elsewhere and were curtious enough to advise me on a specialty wiper needed for the rear window as I had purchased the wrong one. Job well done!

This was by far the best oil change experience Ive ever had - super quick, very friendly and helpful staff, and the free water bottle was a nice touch! One of the reasons I dread getting oil changes is because I know its going to take an hour, and I have to worry about being dropped off by a coworker, etc...but the fact i could sit in my car and it took about 20 minutes max was SO worth it. Highly recommend!

Was greeted at my car with a cold bottle of water and a friendly service agent who took great care to make sure I got what I wanted and kept me informed the entire time I was there. I visit Columbus often and will be back to this store.

I would not recommend employees don’t know what they’re talking about. They THINK they do. I asked a question about pricing and no one knows the answer they just told me they think. If you don’t know your own pricing that just shows me about your work.(i wouldn’t feel comfortable taking my vehicle to a place that thinks they know what they’re doing).

I made an impromtu stop at this Take 5 because someone had pointed out to me that I had gotten rope around my rear axle. I was in a hurry, had hot food and a sick child in the car. The help was fast, friendly and they didnt even charge me. It was a great experience and they have great employees!

DO NOT USE 5 MINUTE OIL CHANGE. Their mechanics didnt tighten my oil drain plug and I had catastrophic oil loss on the highway at 70mph immediately after leaving. One week later and I still have to harrass this place to get an incident report and get my vehicle inspected but each manager avoids any contact and refuses to provide an actual report of what happened. There are plenty of other garages with qualified mechanics that wont destroy your vehicle.

As close as i will come to pit lane. All 5 staff members worked on my vehicle with care. The manager, Eric, introduced himself and ensured the work was being performed well. Frank, who I assume was asst manager, did a great job of working through paperwork and kept everyone moving. They pointed out low brake fluid and washed the front windshield. Only feedback would be to always offer products at a fixed price. When I was offered to change out the aur filter and I turned it down, they offered it again at a $5 discount, which feels too high pressure and makes it feel like other services may not have been honesty represented.

So Ive driven by this place a million times, but never stopped for an oil change. Finally did, and now this is my go to place. Try it. Prove me wrong. Awesome place!

I decided to give this place a try since my old oil change place was on the other side of town.As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted with a bottle of water and guided into the bay. After taking my information, two other technicians started draining the oil and checking other fluids. One tech pulled my air filter and offered to replace it, but was honest and said it looked good enough to last until the next oil change.After filling, circulating, and topping off the oil, the same tech brought my dipstick over to my window and had me confirm I had clean oil and the level was at the full line.The tech that brought me water and took my info explained the window sticker, and told me I was good for 5000 miles even though the computer defaults to 3000. He made the change manually then put the sticker in my window. All three techs then came over to apologize for the delay because one tech had burnt her arm on my exhaust while reaching for the oil filter.I have never received the kind of service I got here and would recommend them to anyone.
