Stay away from those guys they are liers, 7 hours to get loaded 8 hours to get unloaded on all my phone calls when I asked for help receive the same answer please be patients and we will take care off you, guess what 2 weeks later they told me they can help me with that. Very professional team......

Would give them zero stars if that was an option. We booked a load with them going to a distributor and per Corey they will unload us based on our ETA. When it came time to get empty...guess what? Not taking us. They feed you lies just to take their freight. Then when it comes time to compensate, they go back on their word. Not only that but they have ignored 6 emails in a 7 day period. This is pure ignorance, and horrible customer service. We will definitely not be using them in the future.

God forbid you park your truck in a poor coverage area and go to sleep and dont answer their calls, macropoint not working, they WILL dock 250 off your rate in a heart beat and have Sarah Pizzaro email you like crazy even if you answered their calls all day with updates.Never worked with a company like this. AVOID!!

Im having an issue with payment from Ease Logistics. I hauled a load for Ease Logistics back in January 2021 and here we are more than 2 months later and I still havent received payment. I tried to call Ease Logistics accounting today but no one answered and their mailbox is full. Im about ready to contact a collection agency. Companies like this are so disappointing. Hauling freight safely and in a timely manner is no easy thing yet some brokers want to drag their feet when it comes time to pay the invoice. Ive got bills to pay like insurance, IFTA/IRP and maintenance costs and need brokers to pay me - a 30-day standard-pay grace period should be plenty of time for any broker.Update: I was finally paid by Ease Logistics but I had to jump through hoops to do it. Initially Ease Logistics didnt send out a check in the contractually agreed time frame. My advice to carriers is to call Ease Logistics accounting prior to the end of the 30-day standard-pay grace period and make certain the check is sent out in a timely manner.

Got appointment on 5 pm pick up. I was driving 200 miles empty for take this load. Came on 4:30 pm and shipper said broker give this load to another driver.

We book a load with Glen Auker. Our driver had heart attack at the shipper all they care about was finding another driver to deliver their load on time. WE put another driver and arrive at the delivery on time just to find out that we do not have an appt over there. We lose all day and they only pay us $150. I will not recomend Glen to anybody.

Very bad experience. Cannot believe this is happening. Booked a load with Sarah Pizarro for $2,000. She called in the evening to cancel on us, stating they found a cheaper option, someone would do the load for $1,400.
