The owner is very kind and attentive. She knows her patrons and makes her business feel more like a community. There are super quick washing machines and everything is operated by a card specific to the store, so no need to mess with quarters.

Hello. I used to come there to wash clothes. Today was my 1st day back. I was washing some blankets today and the attendant was so close, loud, and disrespectful. I left a few moments to run errands and returned to put the clothes in the dryer. The attendant was still disrespectful to me and my daughter. When it all got worse, I decided to just leave because she was still acting like she was mad at me. I had no problems coming there until today. After all that, Im sorry I will not return.

Today was my first time utilizing this laundry facility. The associates working there were fantastic. I strongly recommend this location when you are in need of a quick & delicate wash plus some peaceful conversations.

I really enjoy washing my clothes there its real easy to use the card I put 10 dollars on my card I can wash and dry on it the tall black lady with the curly red hair is very beautiful and attractive I sometimes used to go there with my dad in the black truck its me Michael spikes from east Dublin baby you know

Good staff, all the machines work. They had the golf channel on adding to the boredom 😅

Worker with red curly hair apparently does not like children and kept berating me for my one year old acting like a one year old. The other lady, when I was here the other day, was incredibly sweet.

Every time I have been here the bathroom is out of order, staff not very friendly

I like the place overall but only go when certain people work.

Put a load in one of the front washers and paid almost 7$ and after the cycle ended my clothes were still bone dry and the laundry pod were still intact. Then I put it in the dryer for an hour and they were still pretty damp. Needless to say I wont be back here.

Great place. Other than some of the washers are out of order and some dont rinse out all the way. Need to update everything.

Sharon was excellent! She help me with the card system and she actually washed three of my comforters for me so that I could step out and go to the grocery store and when I came back they were all dried. Thank you so much and I will come back!

Customer service is horrible they are rude and disrespectful. They threw my daughters clothes away instead of letting me know u dropped them and expected me to dig into a nasty trash can.

We went to wash several quilts however their big machines were not working. Oh well maybe next time.

Nothing ever works! The attendant does not place out of order signs on machines that don’t work. The same machines are always broken. I wonder if they ever fix them. They don’t give change to use in the machines to load up money on those cards you have to use in the machines. Frustrating experience to go there.

They will take your clothes out and still your good clothes don’t. Go they and leave they will take your stuff out and take what they want I wasn’t gone 5 minutes come back all my clothes was there I went to check the mail box and come back miss 2 loads of clothes

I always have a great experience but when I get my fresh smelling clothes out of the washing machines...When I get them out of the dryers, they stink and smell musky!Also, yall need a phone up there for the employees in case their phones were to die!There needs to be a police officer patrolling around their periodically, especially when the workers are closing up.I have stayed out there several times to make sure they get to their vehicles safely and while taking out the trash, that no one is waiting to do them harm.Hours of operation need s to be posted on line!

Ladys are rude and wont let us use the big washers...everythings outta order and when we can use the bis washers, which are meant for BIG LOADS, she will only let us fill it enuff for the smallest load...waste of money!!!

Someone stole my laundry card and i had to get a new one. Even though i registered my old card i still cant combine my 2 cards and that is the only reason i registered the old one.

The facilities are always clean the staff is always nice when I went there the last month there was half of the dryers not working and half of the washing machine not working and it was to me it really convenience but like I said clean friendly a lot better place than some others Ive been into so its still go there even though there was problems with the washers and dryers that need to be addressed really bad

Me and a friend of mine let them know one of the washers are were not working properly and we were told very very rudely that we had to many clothes in it so we took some of the clothes out and it still did not work properly and we let th worker on shift know and was even ruder the second time she told us we obviously didnt know how to wash clothes we havent been back since

The lady who works here is hella rude. Their machines work only by a laundry card, which apparently if you walk in and didnt know that, you get the rudeness. They have an option to use a credit/debit card to withdraw money and put on a laundry card, but they are conveniently out of service. And no, they dont have an atm machine to get cash, you need to go across the street to get it. Dont bring coins either, that isnt an option at all. A lot of their machines are out of order. The interior has this Easter yellow paint that isnt pleasing at all, not to mention the handwritten rules all over the walls that are crinkled from the humidity from the machines. The only reason I gave two stars is because the machines work quickly, and it is free to dry. They should probably clean the dryers though due to them making freshly cleaned clothes smell like an old gym bag. There isnt much seating either. And they dont have a phone number that works. And at least offer free wifi, its 2018. Good on them for having a pool table.**THERE ARE BUGS ALL OVER THE PLACE.

Im from out of town and had not used card controlled machines and the attendant was rude and short with me knowing I was not used to the card process its a shame to treat people so rudely and the place was so well maintained great owner I guess

Now this is a great place to wash your clothes its air conditioned to and it has two pool tables its small staff was very courteous very helpful and it gives you two free dryers when you wash clothes great place
