I love everything about this place. From the moment you walk through the door, the enthusiam and motivation is there with the employees / coaches. The energy carries through the entire workout session. I like being able to see my heart monitor a track my progress on the live screen. It motivates me to do more.My body is recieving a quality workout each session because I push myself with the help lf the coaches and the monitor.

LOVE OTF! Ive never enjoyed working out until I found Orange! The workouts are tough but very doable. The coaches keep you motivated and encourage to push a little harder. No 2 workouts have ever been the same. And the staff are always friendly!

I love the challenge of each workout, designed in such a way that I’m in competition with myself to push my pace, distance, or weights. I like that it’s fast-paced and different each day! The most difficult thing is taking a rest day because I feel like I’m missing out on the fun.

This is a great fitness center with amazing coaches especially Harvey. I have been regularly attending for the last 6 months and i can clearly see i have become more fitter and the Energy levels of very high.The framework is very unique and we really look forward to each class as the exercises dont get repeated at all.I am really enjoying it !!!!!

I just joined a month ago and am already loving it. The Coaches are great and front desk is so friendly accommodating your needs. I was sick once and had to cancel my class at last moment and they did for me without any charge. My best workout was with Benji, Jessica and Becky. Love it

I lOVE Orangetheory!! The trainers are great! The workout is amazing and always changing. For people who prefer classes I highly recommend Orangetheory. Its better than any workout Ive ever received in a gym class or boot camp. Try it out, youll Love it!💪🏼

My wife is an orange theory addict. She is convinced this is the best place in the world to work out. She is able to get in to the early classes. My favorite part is when she hurt her back a few months ago, not at OTF, they worked with her let her out her membership on hold and were very helpful. Highly recommend

I like the intensity of the workout! It is really helpful that we have coaches who observe us while we are working out. They come over and correct your posture, if necessary. The music is always fun as well. I like that everything is quantified. From different heart rate zones (base, push, all out) to the number of reps for exercises, the expectation is very clear. At the same time, we are encouraged to listen to our own body and speed up/slow down accordingly. The coaches are always friendly. My most successful workouts are always with Kara because she always goes up to people and asks for just a little bit more. It makes you believe in yourself while working out.

Variety, challenging. I feel motivated being in class with others and having such inspirational coaches. Its a tough workout but I know I will never do the same workout twice and I feel amazing after each class.

Having done every kind of workout possible; personal trainers, circuit training, running, etc., this is - by far - the absolute best workout experience. I look forward to working out at the end of the day and do so at least 4-5 times a week. I burn 700-800 calories every time I go and I enjoy working out with the group. There is a lot of camaraderie and the trainers and the front staff are absolutely awesome. Best value for the money and I encourage everyone I know to try it out because Im convinced that once they do, they will definitely go back!

I like the Group Workout! As well, youre still able to go at your own pace as you increase your speed or reps and weights. I feel Ive grown into a better participant and feel stronger and healthier.

The facility and the coaches are great. But their accounting practices are very unfair. I spend at least a week at Pleasanton and I visit this facility when am around. One day I turned up like 5 mins late when I was told that they gave the spot to a person from waitlist and am fine with it. But what happened next is very surprising and unexpected of OTF - they charged me $12 for no-show!! This had never happened to me at any of the other facilities of OTF I have visited in the last year or so. Left a very bad taste afterwards.

I love OTF! The workout always feels fresh and new so I never get bored doing the same old thing. The instructors are top-notch: providing clear direction, proper techniques and motivation to push just that little bit harder.I also love that I can workout with my husband, who is in “better shape” and we both can push to our own limits and not feel hampered by the other’s level.But the BEST part of OTF is the immediate heart rate feedback so I can modify my pace in order to maximize my hour in the class. The summary email with calorie burn, splat points, heart rate helps me feel a sense of accomplishment and motivates me to sign up for the next class.

Ive had the best OrangeTheory workouts at the Dublin Studio, compared to a few different locations in the SF Bay Area. Charlene is one the best OT coaches around -- I consistently reach my workout goals in her classes.

I was traveling for work and discovered Dublin OTF near my hotel, so being an avid OTFer in my hometown, I called the studio to sign up for classes. The front desk quickly accommodated my needs and got me scheduled in the correct classes. I had Coach Jessica for my two classes in Dublin and she was fantastic! Extremely motivating and she also gave me some great alternative exercises since Im seven months pregnant which still gave me a great workout. Thank you OTF Dublin! Highly recommend OTF and also the group at Dublin, CA!
