The owner is very experienced with computers. I’ve tried other places and I had nearly given up on finding an honest computer place but then I found Access. Access computers is a class by itself. They always tell you what your options are before starting to work on your computer. If something is not worth it, they will let you know. You get all the pros and cons before you decide what to do. I wish mechanics were so honest. The prices are so reasonable because the owner is not doing this job to get rich off of your ignorance like other places. The owner also speaks to those with no computer knowledge in a way they can understand. My parents really appreciated this. Access computers is the best kept secret in the Bay Area. Your computer is in good hands there. I never review businesses but I made an exception because I want to help people find such a gem of a business.

I moved my custom built PC and it wouldnt boot. I tried reinstalling, and tested it as much as I could before bringing it in. Ive built two computers before, but I was not making any progress on my own.I brought it in to the shop, and within one week it was repaired. He did some micro soldering on the motherboard to fix some of the circuits that were damaged on the back, and tried to fix my BIOS. I had a previous Boot drive from my old PC and I think he rewrote it to boot from that by mistake. There was some errors when it tried to boot after I got it back, and it ends up it is booting form the wrong drive. Considering that this is very rare situation, I am not shocked or upset that booting didnt go smooth. I am going to do a clean reinstall(something I should have done when I build the new PC using the old parts), but now I have access to my PC so I can back up the files before attempting the clean install. He advised me on how to do that as well.The owner really knows his stuff and can work on custom builds.

Suresh was a DELIGHT to work with throughout my entire experience. I needed to get my laptop repaired after a nasty spill. I had been searching for a local repair shop for a while because I did not want to take it in to Best Buy. 4 years prior I needed to repair the monitor of an older laptop and I was told that fixing it would be costlier than replacing it based on its worth. Despite it being a perfectly good computer, they pushed and I fell under their pressure. I now know better and realize that wasnt the better choice but the more costlier one in the long run. This time I was was determined to find someone who would actually help and fortunately I came across AC. Suresh is very upfront, fair with his prices, and has 14+ years of experience working in the IT industry. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and educated me on things I never knew. Great find and I plan on coming here for all tech related issues in the future. Highly recommend you come here as well and skip Best Buy!

This shop has become my favorite place for computer repair. The owner is a very capable and friendly man. He was able to restore my wifes computer after I incorrectly installed a new Solid State Hard Drive. He will install parts from other places. His pricing seems very fair. I recommend this shop highly.

This place is run by a very kind gentlemen whos a pro whos been in the IT industry for decades. I brought in my computer which had a busted liquid cooling system (a broken Corsair H60) and while many repair facilities wont even touch a liquid cooling system, he turned it around the next day and now my machine is as good as new. Highly recommended!

My laptop got stuck in a never ending reboot loop, so i searched online for laptop repair near me, and this shop came up. I was able to bring my laptop down right away in the morning. The gentleman inside was very kind and smart, he understood my problem right away, explained it to me in a way I could understand, then told me the very resonable price for the fix.I was able to pick up my laptop the very same day later in the afternoon, no surprise charges or fees. My laptop runs like new! And the gentleman was very good at answering all my other questions after.Thank you so much, my laptop is my life. I highly recommend this awesome little shop!

I was there with 2 laptops there’s some problem with the window 10 and this old guy said you have to reboot your window tent. you have to buy window 10 and he said I can update the window 10 without losing any document and photo from your hard disk after that He didn’t save any document or photos after 10 days is my both computer are corrupt again he said this is your responsibility I’m not fixing, both laptops are dead,

L only recommend businesses where Ive had personal experiences. Im happy to share this GREAT FIND for Computer and I Phone repair called Access Computers in Dublin. When my laptop started giving me problems, I took my lap top to a big store competitor, but because I didnt sign up for their Geek Squad insurance they wouldnt fix it, their prices were also very high. A friend recommended Access Computers on Dublin Blvd. behind Wendys. Im so glad I went there, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and prices I could afford! Best part, Rex, the IT repair guy, turned it around in one day!I now owe my friend who made the AC recommendation lunch for a year.

Though I didnt get a repair from them, they know what theyre doing. I was looking for a repair shop that would upgrade my 2011 MacBook Airs RAM modules from 4-8 gb(as I knew could be done). However, after speaking to one of their representatives, he told me not to pursue as there would be problems in the RAM mapping. Though I knew this upgrade would be possible, I didnt know that(if done correctly) issues could arise. I applaud them for their honesty and their incredibly helpful advice. They saved me from having my computer trashed. Thanks again.
