Office Spots consistently does a great job of getting our carpets sparkling clean despite the efforts of our two cats and their digestive systems. Elizabeth is great with reminders and calling to let us know they are on the way. Dave and team do a superb job of cleaning, followed our instructions to the tee and are quick. The drying time is fast, so carpet was clean by the time we got home from work. Highly recommend!

Ive used Office Spots twice after using many companies in the past. Ill be sticking with them! Elizabeth takes care of making the appointments, communication & shes very professional & polite. I even got a reminder recently that it has been a year since our last cleaning. To give a local business some work these days, I thought, absolutely! The guys are also very polite, prompt, thorough, & pay attention to detail. They did our family room, living room & hallway for $200. I think its a great price to keep our carpets looking good & it may extend the life of them, too.

Every time my parents leave for a long period of time I surprised them with a little something. The team at office spots helped me pull off this years surprise by cleaning our slate ( that hasn’t been professionally cleaned in 26 years) and all our area rugs that are hand made and let me tell you. On the actual cleaning job, it was faster and better than I expected within a 2 hour time frame, with certain tough spots both technician were wiling to try with extra efforts and explained to me their approached very patiently. Best carpet cleaning ever!I met Elizabeth in a networking group in the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce. Soon after I needed my office carpet cleaned, so I called them up.Dave and ... (I forgot the other guys name) were very professional and did such a thorough job. And just like they had told me, the carpet dried in no time--their vacuum mustve been super powerful.Then some months later, I needed my home carpet cleaned, and of course used them again. Just like last time, they did such a good job. They had to move my treadmill/elliptical machine to clean my living room, and after they cleaned, they propped it up with little foam thingys to let the carpet dry under it. I had only asked them to clean the living room, but they convinced me that they should also clean the hallway and my bedroom, since the price included a bigger area of carpet.They are the most hard working, most honest, most reliable, most affordable carpet cleaning that Ive encountered. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
