I talked with several roofers throughout the middle Georgia area before choosing Shield. I have been very satisfied with their workmanship and attention to details! Everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful, informative and professional....and I had a lot of questions and concerns. I have not used their services and never will. You need to be under a rock to not understand that there is a pandemic going on and GA is under a mandatory stay-in-place order. I dont need roofing company coming to my door, without any protection, to try and sell me a roof inspection/repair. Not only did they ring my doorbell but took it upon themselves to open my storm door and bang on my front door (and no gloves). They cant read either, there is a sign at the entrance to our community that clearly states no soliciting. You cant read, you dont follow mandatory laws/regulations, show no concern for safety/social distancing during a pandemic.. for me personally. not a company I would choose.

Very fast and professional. Helped us work everything out with insurance, too! Highly recommend!
