I scheduled an appointment through the App and when I arrived the only stylist told me in a rude tone that he was very busy! If the App gives you the option to book an appointment, but they are not available they just need to be coherent!! First and last time here. CERO STARS.

Some people may not like Supercuts for whatever reason, but this location is like no other!!. Between the hospitality of the kind, friendly hearted people and the quality of work, i was blown away. 10/10! I originally found this location because i was at the Stoneridge mall and saw the cleanest fade I’ve seen in person so i asked the guy where he got it done at, and was happy to be referred to a gentleman by the name of Dennis. That was about two years ago and I’ve been going to him ever since. He has a great sense of audience and really knows how to vibe with literally anyone. Whether you’ve got a child who needs a cut or a grandmother who needs her hair dyed, he always seems to have such genuine conversations and can relate to you in some way. Having someone who knows how to put your words into a haircut exactly how you imagined is also a great feeling that you won’t get at a lot of the other places around. The whole shop is that way, and it’s always a good time!

It took my wife and I almost 2yrs to find a place that does a really good job cutting hair and reasonableprices. We went to 3 different places until we met Dennis and the others at Supercuts. He and the rest of the crew there do a very good job and are very personable and to top it off, their prices were pretty dang good

Been coming to this place for years and the quality of service has only grown. Sometimes theres a little bit of a wait, but its only because theyre so high in demand because of their quality in service. Im one of those customers that comes in every week to get a fresh cut, Dennis As my go-to guy. Love the staff, their professionalism, their urgency to get things done, but never fails in quality.

Little pricey at $20 considering that Great Clips has promos all the time for $13.99.The stylist (an old lady) at this facility when I went there didnt have any idea about the online check-in and made me wait. Thankfully additional stylists showed up shortly and it was a quick visit.

We went there for our babys(1YO) first haircut because its at walkable distance from where we stay.The place might be good for adults to do the haircut however for babies I would not recommend it because they dont have much experience with them.

I know times are tight and lean but, $25 for a childs haircut? Seems high to me. Friendly people though.

This was my first time with Supercuts. The stylist did a good job. She did my Hairs just the way I liked them. Also she was very sweet and courteous. And as a new customer I got 4$ off on my haircut. Overall it was a lucky day. A great deal for 15$.

I love my stylist! Dennis (also known as blonde Dennis) had been my stylist for years. He is very receptive to what it is you would like done with your hair and great to chat with and quick with the cut. I have followed him to this location from his old place and if youre ever looking for a new stylist, I would recommend him your way!

Only go here to get my husbands haircut, always comes out the way he likes it!

If you find a good stylist, return to that stylist. You just never know what an unfamiliar stylist will be capable of. I wasnt very pleased with my sons last haircut, but I didnt really notice how badly it was done until getting home. Not a huge deal, but Im also not one to be very picky with people, and I dont want to criticize. Lesson learned.

If you want a blowout, this is not your place! Spent an hour and my hair is not dry.. only frizzy!!

Will definitely not take my kids back. Told the lady how much hair to cut off and and the hair style. Messed up his hair, under cut and tried to get someone else to fix her mistake.

Didn’t get the haircut I asked for at all. Went way too short on sides and back and completely messed the style up top. And the worst part was probably the service.I now go to another haircut place all the way across town just to avoid this place.

Dont go here. Hogsbreath is far better and cheaper. They screwed up my hair here so I had to spend more money. The barber was useless.

Horrible attitude by the hair dresser. Doing haircut as if she is giving a favor! Hair we’re not even cut even across the head. I never write reviews but this made me to do so.

Bad customer service with individuals who don’t know anything. was told they don’t take appointments over the phone by a lady on sun 6-16-19, she said just to drive in. when we got there, they asked if we had called in our appts because they were booked up for the day, granted it was 530 and they closed at 7.

I booked an online reservation when I arrived with my friends we notified them but once the Barber was free head said I dosent matter who ever signed the list is first even though we were here first. SMH I didnt like that but the cut was good

I have been going to Lisa for years,.. I have changed my styleof hair cut over the years and she always gets it right.My hair is hard to cut, its thin and pretty flat but somehow Lisa always makes it look great.and not to mention a genuinely nice personShe pays attention to detail, that is what I like about Her. Its difficult to find someone like hershe works in a fast pace environment and her cuts are better than if you sat down at a $75.00a head shop where they take 45 mins. to cut your hair. I cant say enough good about lisa....She is the the first woman on the left in the Dublin shop in the Safeway shopping center

The was the worst haircut I could go to. It was unexplainable. I will never go to this place again. I dont recommend this salon. Its a dirty place just like McDonalds. Someone cut my hair. His name is Denis. He tried to be nice but overall, he made my hair extremely horrible. Dont ever go to this salon. I feel sorry if you go to Denis for a haircut. Dont ever go there. Not worth it at all.
