One of the best dealerships I have ever been to. I had the combustion chamber cleaned, an oil change, and an inspection done and I was out of there in what seemed like no time with my S5 4.2 feeling like new and honestly a little more responsive with the throttle.Their techs and staff are fast, friendly, efficient, and informative. Their dealership is sanitary, has alot of amenities, and a great overall appearance and atmosphere.If I could rate them higher, I 1,000% would!Who knows, maybe next time Im in the market for a new ride, this may just be the place.....

Now a days its really difficult to find a trustworthy and competent place to repair a vehicle. After several disappointing attempts, I finally found MAG Audi to take my 2011 Audi A4 to. My Audi and I have had some great memories and I want to maintain it til 300,000 miles or more. Through the past 3 years of oil changes, various parts replacements, necessary wear and tear repairs, I have come to trust MAG Audi to help me maintain my Audi for many more years to come. I have come to rely on Gabby in Audi Service to help me understand mechanically what is needed, she is fantastic at explaining in an easy to understand way so that I can make the best decision on how to proceed. Plus Gabby is excellent at keeping me updated on progress and repair expectations and is very friendly to interact with, I really appreciate that in any kind of business I deal with. MAG is always upfront with their estimates and make sure to communicate any changes immediately. They keep their technicians up-to-date with the latest training, which is an immense peace of mind that myAudi is in capable hands. My Audi still drives as smooth as the first day I bought it, thats saying something! Thank you to everyone at MAG Audi for a great experience and excellent workmanship, you have a customer for life!

Really impressed with the service team at MAG Audi especially Gabbie who could not have been more friendly and professional. I stayed and worked for several hours (thanks to the Mgr whose office I squatted in) and she was so gracious in accommodating me. She is a rock star and a great representative for the entire team. We brought my husbands car here at least three times for service since we had the car and this is definitely the last time we will come here, I don’t know why we came back after the last time to be honest because we dealt with the same issue. Once the car goes in their shop you have to constantly call to get any answers/updates. This time our rep was Nate, and if he’s on lunch or out of the office, no one can give us any answers. They have our car for the whole week now and I still have no answers on when it’ll be done. It’s always “let me check and I’ll call you back.” I don’t know why it’s so difficult to keep the customer upto date or just tell me after the diagnosis how long it will take and I won’t bother you until I’m suppose to pick up. Horrible customer service!

My experience was less than exceptional when dealing with the team at MAG Audi. They didnt seem eager to process my loan. Since I was pre-qualified with my credit union, all they needed to do was submit the order. I had to continually follow-up asking them to send the purchase order. Finally I canceled my purchase.If this is the customer service experience prior to purchasing, I would hate to see what its like following.

Due to the great reputation of this dealership versus options in my area, I made the trip to Audi Dublin to purchase my first Audi. The sales rep, Alain, made the process a pleasant experience and was were very educated about all the features for my new Q5. The GM, Justin, went out of his way to make sure everything was just as I expected and was very willing to help his sales staff.Unfortunately, I won’t be servicing my Audi here, but from what I could tell- it was a very efficient operation. If you’re in search for a great dealership, I highly recommend these guys.

I had a great experience as I went in for a routine oil change! It was my first time visiting MAG Audi Dublin and Nate Fielder took care of me. He was very professional, relatable, and reassuring! He made me feel great about the new Q5 I purchased, he noticed the temporary tag and pulled up the service history. I was shocked at how many service records it had, being a used vehicle. The service dept, went the extra mile and thoroughly inspected it in addition to the the oil change at no additional cost! They were able to give me a clean bill of health! I left feeling very confident in my decision to buy Audi and very impressed with the level of detail and care I received!

Audi of Dublin; Worst sales experience of my life, their GM “Tyler” out of reach wit reality, their salespeople are bunch of thieves. I was trying to buy a car from Audi of Dublin on Saturday July 17th, first do not believe anything they say, a simple deal that should have taken an hour or two at the max took six hours, an even then they couldn’t do it since I didn’t want to barrow and their back end profit was minimized, they were pushing the closing of my deal back, after six hours I canceled the purchase, requested a refund of the funds “$5,000.00” put on my credit card, they promised I will have it in 1-2 business day, this is fifth business day and they have not paid back. I have file complaints with Ohio business Bureau, with my Credit Card Company as the charges being fraudulent

The MAG service crew--Chad in particular--took good care of me (as always). He alerted me up front of the cost of new OEM windshield wipers when I asked for the old ones to be replaced (I did replace them) and reviewed the health of the vehicle after the service was done. He pointed out that the brakes were near their service life--front at 4 mm rear at 5mm--and gave me options based on expected mileage left so I can plan for their replacement.

I called about my Mom’s Q3, a service light came on and we weren’t sure what it was, hadn’t had time to look in the manual so we called MAG Audi Service very last minute i had no appointment scheduled. MAG Audi Service came to my home gave a quick check of her vehicle and determined it needed to be serviced left us with a new loaner and her car was fixed and ready for pickup within a few hours. I had an amazing experience while purchasing a Q5! Justin literally dropped everything he was doing as a busy manager to spend the entire afternoon with me. He took time to explain everything in great detail; he was professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. Noah did a great job wrapping up the evening by going over the Q5’s functions and details. Noah was polite, helpful and friendly. Audi makes good cars. The personnel in the Service Dept is courteous and tries to be helpful. It is the policy of the company what is not so friendly, But here, Audi has a lot of company. Dealerships realize that , crisis/no crisis, economy up or down, they can get away with almost anything. They feel that their role is to sell cars and pocket the profit, and the customers are here to buy cars, and be quiet. If customers think they are not getting good deals, they can go elsewhere, and find that the other guy is even more arrogant. We spend tons of money for the privilege to drive Audis, we buy AudiCare and many of us discover that it is a poor deal only when it is too late. Under the rather expensive AudiCare contract, Audi is supposed to do preventive maintenance, which should give you peace of mind for another year or 10 K miles. How can that be when for that upfront $$$$, it does not even cover tire rotation or a battery for the smart ignition key. Maybe at some other dealership they equally gladly pocket your money, but they give us a complimentary battery for the key when the one we have dies. That was the case at the two different dealerships where I bought my first and the second Audi. That was, perhaps, before the transition from the good capitalism to the cut-throat capitalism has not yet been so advanced. Good luck Audi-driving brothers, and drive safe.

I had a phenomenal experience with Audi Dublin. Alain Bennett was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and had a detailed answer to every question I had. Most importantly, however, I didn’t feel like I was being ushered toward anything other than what I was asking for. Alain wasn’t pushy about extra features or bundles, I genuinely felt like he wanted to help me find the vehicle that matched my needs, not their sales goals, etc. To top it off, Alain stayed in frequent communication with me during the time it took to get my vehicle from the port to the dealership for delivery. I wanted a specific car with certain things, and they didnt have one so they got one delivered from out-of-state. We purchased an e-tron. Love the car. Not loving the experience. Our sales rep was less than knowledgeable about the features on the car. Finance rep tried to sell us a service program. Oil changes, etc. Its an electric vehicle. He couldnt tell us what was part of that. MAG sent a survey email. If I was going to deliver a positive response, post it here on Google. If not, send them my direct feedback & they would get back with me. I sent them my direct feedback. It has been 5 months. No one has ever reached out from the dealership. Fortunately, we are inquisitive people. We have taught ourselves a ton about the capabilities. There are still many open questions. Im guessing we will teach ourselves further. POOR experience purchasing the vehicle. No one stepped in to tell us all the features the car has, how they work, etc.The batteries recently shut down on their own. We went in for service. The error codes are there but they could not replicate them. The service department has been far more responsive than the sales department. However, we are left wondering when we will get stranded on the side of the road again.Overall, it feels like the MAG dealership is interested in the sale & not the experience for a luxury purchase.Next time we will look elsewhere. Maybe those reading this should do the same.

Purchased a used car and when we went to pick it up, the chips on hood , which we supposed to be repaired, were still there. So, we had to leave the suv which was ok. But not one person said sorry. Sorry we didnt get all the chips fixed, sorry you drove here with your toddler & your car wasnt ready after all. Sorry for the inconvenience. That was surprising and very disappointing.

I had some great people helping with some Audi service work and then in buying a new Audi Q5. The 2020 Q5 is a real improvement over the 2012 Q5. Josh Gutmore in Audi Services at Midwestern Auto Group is always a big help. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to provide professional advice. Even before I purchased my 2014 s4 Quattro I had inquired about issues I was havin with my previous ‘05 Quattro. The service staff was always courteous and always tried to find a way to help no matter the question or concerns I had!! With that said today I purchased the 2014 s4 and my my what a sweet ride. Justin was great from the start and led me in the right direction to get approved! Tyler welcomed me on today and was cool to chat with. He even had the oil changed, while I was there, before I left because he thought it was too close to needing to be done. 6k miles is a way to go but I applied you for looking out for your customer first! Full tank of premium fuel too! Thank you! Lastly Ed got me fixed up with a killer of a deal and was willing to take a chance on a guy who’s credit has been dinged a it these last few years. Me and the wife found a vehicle’s that we liked and put an inquiry online for it, we receives a call from a salesperson and made an apt for 11 am the next day, told the sales person that we wanted to use our bank as it was already approved through them so all we wanted to do would be to test drive the vehicle and then sign the paperwork . The sales person told us that it shouldn’t take more than a hour. The same morning we received a text from the sales person asking us if we were coming for sure and we said yes. We showed up at 11am and our sales person was not available and we were told that this other sale person would help us out . Why would tell us that I Weill see us at 11 and not be available? Then the new sales person started to help us out and bring us to the car to find out that the car was being wash , again why would u set up an appointment with us if the car is not ready knowing your customer are going to take it for a test drive? Half hour goes by and we finally are able to take the car for a drive . We tell our new salesman that we want the car and ready to sign the paper work , we go to the salesperson desk and then our sales person come over and tell the other sales person that he will take over now that he is done doing whatever e was doing, why would u change salesperson on us while in the middle of the negotiation?? We asked the sales person how much longer we would need to wait as we had prior arrangements at 330 pm, he told us about an hour and just to go to lunch and they will pay for it, came back from lunch an hour after and at that point it was 2 pm ask our sales person again how much longer before we get the see the finance person and he say soon , well 3 pm goes by and still have not see the finance manager yet and was told it was going an other hour. I explained the sale person that he told us it was going to be just an hour but there we go 4 hours later and still at the dealership .! We didn’t get the paper sign until 430 pm , then they lost the second key and look for it and by the time they found it , I didn’t leave the dealership until 530 pm 630 hours to buy a car??? I bought plenty of car before and this was the worse experience ever, they never pay for our lunch either ! We will never buy from this dealership again and will tell our friends not to go there also! Customer service suck ! Usually the dealership call u after a week to make sure that u are happy with your purchase but not this one! They even told us that if we had a complain just let them know and to make sure not to put it somewhere else?
