Absolutely 5 star. Removed 3 large trees, one requiring a crane. Highly recommend and would hire again without hesitation. Large tree removal is always expensive, but Exec. Tree Care did give us a better price than the competition.

After hurricane Ida hammered our township in Upper Dublin, had a big mature true to be removed as it was leaning 45 degree about to fall on our pool equipment. After a few no-shows or non-commiment to schedule us from a a few tree care companies, we finally had some luck with Executive. They called back, they are professional, reasonably priced, they kept you informed when they could come to you (they had 4 crews in our neighbors cleaning after IDA and sowere extremely busy). Could not ask for better service or communications.

Got several estimates for a tree between my neighbor and my property. My yard is fenced and my neighbor was OK using her driveway. Executive Tree estimator agreed to give quote for using neighbors driveway. Got the estimate specifying to use driveway. A few hours later my neighbor spoke to me stating the same Executive Tree estimator told her that the driveway is weak and will break. It was sneaky and unprofessional.

I initially contacted another company (Strobert Tree Services) which took a 30% down-payment and a week later no schedule provided; I then contacted Executive Tree Care (with no down-payment demand) and within a week the work was completed.

The team at Executive Tree Care are very professional and delivered outstanding service. They arrived when they said they would and executed as explained during the quoting process. Great team work and would use them in the future. They left the job site neat and clean.

The crew removed some but not all the dead limbs. Unfortunately, they missed two large dead ones hanging over my roof. See photo. I contacted Jeremy and he came to inspect the job. I requested, that since this job was done just a month ago, he should have his crew return to remove these dead limbs at no additional charge. He vehemently refused and demanded that I pay $450 for the extra work. This was unacceptable because the agreement was for them to remove ALL the dead limbs. I understand that some small branches might be missed but large, dead limbs over my roof should NOT have been. His crew was nice, in spite of this mistake, but Jeremy is sloppy with the details (he provided no invoice or job description in writing) and a bit of a hot head. Its for this latter reason that I would NOT recommend his company.

I was so blessed to have Jeremy and his team remove trees at my house yesterday. The team was presented with a very challenging situation and they did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job under very difficult circumstances. Cannot praise this company enough; they were very professional, experienced, on time, worked as a unified team, and exemplifies what it means to be a company of integrity. I will definitely call Executive Team Care again for my future tree care needs...and I hope you will, too.

This company is wonderful! They are responsive, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and neat. I have used them several times for several different types of projects and they were flawless. From Allison in customer service to Jeremy and his crew on site - I cannot praise them highly enough. I wont ever use anyone else for tree and shrub care. I only wish they did other lawn care services as well. Highly recommend!!

Matt and Executive Tree Service was excellent. Extremely professional and great price. They did everything and more that I asked for and even cleaned up some extra leaves upon completion of the job. They left my home neater than when they came. Did a great job with the trim preserving the health of the tree and making sure the house was free of any debris that may fall and cause damage. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any tree work done.

We had a tree fall on our house on Friday night. Jeremy and his crew had it gone shortly after lunch on Saturday. It was huge weight lifted off of us...literally and figuratively! They left everything clean and we were happy enough to schedule them to come back for a different job.

You cant go wrong with choosing to contact Executive Tree Care!! They are responsive and attentive from the 1st phone call. (This review is late...and thats my fault...but they are awesome!) I called during the freak winter wind storms and was seriously concerned about my tree. They came out, provided a quote and were able to add my tree on their schedule for a limb removal almost immediately. I had them come back out to remove my tree and I was beyond pleased with their accuracy and cleanliness. There wasnt a trace of debris or dirt on my walkway or sidewalk. They should be your first choice! You will not be disappointed!!PS. They are extremely patient with questions, because I had a lot!

We had a number of large trees come down in a recent winter/spring storm (2018). These folks scheduled us in quickly and arrived on time. They were very professional and friendly. They know what they are doing and the job was completed both safely and quickly. We would easily recommend Executive Tree to anyone. Oh The cleanup they did at the end of it all was perfect as well. Im not sure you can do better for quality work at a reasonable rate.

We had a very large tree taken down today out front of our house. Branches were near wires and covering our house and part of the neighbors house. These guys are amazing!!! They worked so fast and did a amazing job. Everything went smoothly and we are so satisfied with the job. We cant thank executive tree care enough!

Horrible company to work with. They didnt even show up on our scheduled day and time. When they finally did come they took down a tree and destroyed my lawn and was not willing to fix the issue. Plenty of better tree companies around

Got a quote to have work done. We picked the main parts of the quote to do first. Low and behold the work that was supposed to be done was not done. In my opinion, the person (Matt) that quoted the work; I walked with and showed him what needed to be done. He came back and trimmed a tree that was not quoted. The only good part was he picked up the branches that fell in the yard. If you use these guys, in my opinion again, don’t have Matt quote and do the work. He lied to me and the office, but the quote was in black and white. Someone should stay and supervise the work they do.

I had a very large (6+ diameter, 80+) spruce tree taken down with my neighbor who also had a nearly identical spruce tree taken down the same day and we split the cost. These guys came in with heavy equipment and a full crew and had both trees down, stumps ground flat in one day. I got very fair price and the exterior of my house survived, tree was only 6 from the front roof and wiring to the street. I would highly recommend. These guys are pros for sure.

Crew was very professional and they took down my tree in no time. Owner personally came out to do estimate the day of my call and had the tree and stump removed the next day. Great price and good service. Highly recommended.

Executive Tree Service is terrific. I called them yesterday afternoon for tree work and they are at my sons home in Ardmore this morning. Next week they are taking down 2 trees in the rear yard at my house in Havertown. I have used Executive many times over the past few years and they have been very professional. Do NOT use. They used to do good work, but are no longer good. Destroyed my yard with their machines while taking down a tree. When I complained they said not a big deal and initially refused to fix and even tried to charge me hundreds more for being annoying.

Utilized their company to have two stump grindings completed as well as the stumps from 15 yew bushes. Their prices were about the same as any other company and they did the job to standard.
