Elsa and Alex were amazing with helping change out my head lights. Elsa greeted me when I walked and helped me right away trying to find me the correct light bulbs. Alex and Elsa did a great job of changing out my light bulbs even thought they were a little difficult to change. They took their time and made sure the job was done correctly. This was a great Auto Zone with amazing employees.

This morning I had the best experience and customer service at AutoZone in Draper Utah. Jeff and his crew Had me in and out of there with everything I needed, all of my questions answered, and Jeff even came out and added oil and coolant to my vehicle! I have a BMW and often struggle knowing what level of oils and coolants are necessary. Jeff and his team knew exactly what my car needed and I could not be more happy! There are many places to choose in Draper for auto parts servicing and I have been to them. This was my first time at AutoZone and I was so impressed I needed to leave a review and encourage everyone to choose AutoZone

I can’t remember the name of the first gentleman that was helping me, but when he and Jayden tag teamed my Jeep, they both were extremely helpful. Both of them gave me piece of my mind that my wife’s daily driver was ready to get back on the road again. Super cordial and friendly guys. Jayden and Alex really go above and beyond.They give advice when asked, support you in avoiding unnecessary purchases, maintain an appropriate sense of urgency, and provide hands-on expertise and assistance in servicing the vehicle.Instead of trying to slack off or make a quick buck by upselling, they treat customers well and with integrity.Best part may be that they actually help you with the installs/tinkering after the purchase gets made.They hustle, and it makes a real difference. Keep it up.Assuming they do this for everyone, I highly recommend doing business with these folks.

Great experience with the Draper Autozone team. Super helpful on making sure my truck problems were related to the battery and not the alternator. I took my car in to see if my alternator or battery was bad because it was having a hard time starting and running. They told me it was the battery. So I bought a new one. I start driving away and it dies. They didnt tighten the posts all the way so they said thats why. I asked them to test the alternator and they go to do it, thats when they notice they had not tightened the posts all the way. They didnt test the alternator still. Well the next day I drive to work and it dies again. Someone tests the alternator and its clearly the problem because if you took the positive side off it dies instantly instead of running. They waisted my money. Very bad experience.

The best customer service!! Went to get my car scanned, turns out I needed to replace a crankshaft sensor. Jeff helped me with purchasing a new sensor. Philip replaced it for me in the parking lot. I am so grateful for these guys!!!!

I went in to purchase a replacement battery for my suv. Their system listed a replacement battery onsite. They offered to install it for me, and I took them up on their offer. But, when we tried to install, the clamps in the car didnt fit the posts. We tried shims, and that didnt work. After spending over an hour trying several different ways to get it to work, the team there found an alternative battery (better quality), and even that battery gave us problems. But their team persevered and found a way to get the new battery in to my car, and working perfectly. The team was composed of Elijah, Sampson, Elsa, and Alex. It is workers like this, those that dont quiet or take the easy way out, that will have me using this store at this specific location for all my auto parts needs in the future. Great job, team Draper!

I got stranded today at a Walgreens after my cable disconnected from my battery. I called Jeff at AutoZone and he helped me get my car started. Then, when I got to the store, he personally replaced the part and helped me get my car back in working condition.My parents live in Idaho, and I dont have very many connections in Utah for people to help me. Jeff was able to be the family I needed and he took care of me and my car like we were family to him.11/10 Would Recommend

Elsa was so nice. I needed a brake light bulb and had purchased the wrong one. I brought in the burned out bulb and she took the time to help me find the right one even though none of the part numbers were jiving. When anyone else probably would have said, “sorry we don’t carry that”, she looked through all the bulbs checking for the correct configuration and made sure I had the right one. I went out to the parking lot and installed it and it worked! I really appreciated her help with finding the correct bulb and assisting me with the refund of my original purchase of the wrong bulb. Thank you!

Wow!!! What an experience!!! I visited this store last night at 630 pm searching for license plate light bulbs for my 2006 Mercedes ML350. Ancient light bulbs. The very professional young man in the store was perfect. He looked them up on the computer and even got them off the shelf me. Thanks soo much. The guys are super cool and nice. But they always send the wrong parts to the auto shop I work at. It gets super frustrating. We’ve had them send the wrong rotors on multiple occasions, they take like an hour sometimes to deliver even when they give us an ETA of 15 minutes. I’ve had times where they accidentally come to us instead of the shop they were actually supposed to deliver the parts to, and I’ve had them send the parts we ordered to another auto shop. Usually we have a bad experience about a few times a week, but I kind of got ticked off today cause my mom needed an oil change so I made an online order so she could just go pick it up (cause I didn’t have time to do so) in-store so she didn’t have to worry about knowing the weight and viscosity of the oil or the oil filter number. She brought it back home and I was going to change her oil this morning but they sent me the wrong oil. 10w-30 instead of 5w-20. I was frustrated cause I leave on a trip in a couple of hours and this morning was when I had time and it was already tight on time so I had to drive all the way down the mountain and swap out the oils. No apology or discount at least... they are super cool at times though and will get us the right parts within 15 minutes at our shop sometimes!

It was Thursday night at 9:56pm, I needed a floor jack for a trailer that didn’t have a tongue jack. I called and spoke to Jayden I believe. Great guy, answered the phone and didn’t sound put out because they were minutes from closing. Needless to say he grabbed what needed and let me pay over the phone. I asked him to just leave outside store for me. He was hesitant, I insisted and okay’d if it got stolen it was okay and not on him or store. He assured me he would be with it when I arrived at 10:20pm to pick it up. I pulled up he lifted it in my truck, and thanked him for his awesomeness and threw him a modest tip, that’s all I had on me! Least I could also do would be to recognize him, his integrity, and his allegiance to his company and its customers. Thank you Jayden and Auto Zone Draper, I hope I got your name right……

I don’t know what i would’ve done if i hadn’t gotten help from Philip. My truck was stuck at a park because it had gotten half the tank filled with diesel and it doesn’t take diesel😅 we asked Philip if he could come help us but he couldn’t leave the store that far so he got a friend that doesn’t work at autozone but knows about cars to help us in the meanwhile and hours went by and his shift had ended and he came over for some extra help with his girlfriend. long story short we got it running by 2 am and we had gone to autozone at 8pm, 5-6 hours of helping really meant a lot! Philip is the best! 💪🏽

This store seemed like everything was more expensive than my other store. Maybe its this part of town. Autozone responded to my rating with positive VIBES so I felt as though I may have be a little hard on them. They are a good company and have always had what I needed when I lived back home. Dispite my rating I go there 2 or 3 times a month after something.

I got my battery replaced and asked if the guy could check my alternator and see if it was working okay since my battery wasn’t necessarily that bad. He said they don’t check alternators at Auto Zone (although on their website it says they do). My car still keeps dying so I contacted the Auto Zone in Pleasant Grove and now they are currently checking my alternator. I wish the guy in draper would’ve been willing to check it so I wouldn’t have continued to have problems and had to go to another location that was willing to do what they advertise they do.

Actually zero stars. Clerk accepted a quart of oil for recycling and the manager berated and yelled at him for accepting the quart of old oil. Very unprofessional and degrading to the employee.

Today I went in to get my battery and starter checked, as my car had been starting really inconsistently. Both checks came back clean, and the guy who helped me let me know it was my terminals that were corroded so I wasn’t getting the right connection.He took about 15 minutes cleaning it for free and my car started perfectly afterwards. I came in thinking I’d need a new battery and left not having spent anything! I tried to tip him and he said it was alright. I’m very grateful for the help and how knowledgeable he was.

Have been here a few times and have had help for friendly employees each time. Sometimes the price is a little higher but it is worth it to get the guaranteed product and service that you get. Saving a few dollars doesnt compare to helping a local man in a more reliable company. Will come back. Dont remember employees names but would shout out if I did.

They were able to test my starter motor and determine that it was working fine. Then they were also able to identify that a solonoid in the engine compartment was the part failing. I purchased the solonoid and replaced it in my truck and it started right up? They were very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with solving my starter problem.

I often spend more time in AutoZone than I care too, however this experience shows exactly why I keep returning.Rather than explaining the complex situation that brought me to the store, I will explain the service that was provided. Note, my concern was around multiple car batteries.Apparently everyone who was working during my visit was new. Nevertheless, they demonstrated an excellent example of customer care. The employee that was helping me was a little slow in checking the batteries, but he ensured every precaution for safety was met and ran the tests appropriately. A couple times he did not have the answer to my questions, but he went and found the answers in a timely manner. He was thorough in ensuring my needs were met and did not move on to help other customers until my needs were met. I give high praise for this kind of customer service.After being helped with my questions and battery inquiries this employee pointed me to the on-duty store manager for the complex transaction that were required. This manager was running the till with a line of ready-to-check-out customers. He calmly and friendly assured all that he would shortly take care of them. He quickly moved through getting everyone checked out.When my turn arrived, I explained my complex situation. He assured me it was a unique situation and said he would have to call his supervisor. During our conversation another line of customers had queued up. I thought, here we go, a long wait before he even calls, because he will help all these other customers first. Well low and behold, the guy is an amazing multi tasker. He checked people out as friendly as could be, while talking to his supervisor as well.The supervisor, approved a plan for taking care of my needs, which ultimately proved their own dedication to customer satisfaction.This experience was the kind of experience that creates loyal long lasting customers. Well done. Well done indeed.

Youd think I dropped $10k based on the level of service I got. I came in for a new battery and it turns out my terminals were so corroded they disintegrated while pulling the old battery off. Its incredible my car even made it there in the first place.Three different members of the staff came out to help, doing their best to make sure I didnt have to pay for a tow truck to get to the dealership. After nearly two hours of above-and-beyond work, the team got me up and running for just a few dollars in parts. They just earned a lifelong customer.

I had a family emergency and needed to travel out of town on short notice. However, when it rains it pours! I recently had a tail light go out on my Camaro and I’ve had an ongoing issue with one of my headlights that had been serviced by a mechanic only to start doing the same thing I paid $250 a few days prior. Within about 10-15 minutes Dennis had my car completely problem free and ready to go! Being a blonde woman walking into an auto parts store is usually intimidating to begin with. However, Dennis was outstanding helping to address my issues and in the time of a family emergency and traveling, peace of mind is priceless. You’ve made me a customer for life and I will always refer my family and friends to your store. Thank you so much for having an amazing staff that goes above and beyond to help the customer!!!
