Best acrylic service I have ever had! It was almost painless. Staff was friendly and sociable. The nails are great quality. I could tell that she took her time. She made sure they were equal lengths and not crooked. I got my service from someone named Ally (might be Ellie). It was amazing I am definitely going again.

I have gone to a lot of nail salons and so far this is the BEST one yet! Ha does my manicure and pedicure, he always listens to what I want, never rushes, very detailed and gentle. This place is clean and smells good.. The other nail techs are amazing as well.. you won’t be disappointed!

Went to get my nails done for my engagement photos and they were so good! They got me in and out and my nails looked amazing. They also have an amazing selection of colors both gel and non gel. I just went with simple this time but they can pretty much do most any design you want. Would 100% recommend 👍🏼

I feel like this is the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. She rushed me to choose a color, barely let my feet soak, no scrubbing the bottom of my feet and the polish on my toes looks terrible. She also dug into my two big toes which was really painful. Today they are red and sensitive and hurt like hell. If I could have not paid, I would have. I still tipped the girl because I felt bad. But I learned my lesson, I will never be back here.

I was a loyal customer for the better part of a year. Now I will never return. I like longer acrylic nails, and for some time they were accommodating. The last few times I went, they were clearly annoyed with me. This last time was the final straw. I had my old set removed and a new set applied. She peeled my old set off, instead of soaking them off and cut me several times in the process. As soon as she put the new tips on, I told her they were too short. I asked her to reapply the tips before she went any further and I also told her I would pay for the inconvenience. She basically told me no and continued anyway. The whole time she was trying to convince me that the length was great. The whole time I was telling her I did not like them. I hate the nails she put on. The shape and length is awful. For some reason she put acrylic under my nails as well. Im more than willing to pay for what I like and clearly they just arent willing to do it. Lazy and unprofessional.

My pretty natural nails were sanded down now they are thin and I can see the grind marks through my polish. She also trimmed my cuticles back enough to make me bleed. I will not be going back. I wish I would have saved the money and painted my own nails.

I don’t usually wear nails, but Hai is amazing and I almost come just for the experience. Great attention to detail and has good advice if you’re not sure what you want. He showed me almost 6 colors, tried them on, etc before we decided. I will always only come here for my nails!! They also charge a fair price and will tell you beforehand. No tacked on expenses at the cash register! This is common at other salons and why I have avoided nail salons for so long before now.

I have gone and got acrylic nails done here about 5 or 6 times and every time they were awesome. accept for this last time. i wanted black stripes on nails and none of them were even, there was multiple smudges and two of them already have fallen off and i got them done 3 days ago. i feel like the nail tech was in a hurry and worked on my friends nails for about 30 minutes and mine took about 25 minutes. i was honestly very sad, because i have already spent so much money on this place. my friends nails are bendy, they have cracked and her sticker fell off 1 day after we got them. i am very disappointed, i really liked this place. all of the other nails i’ve gotten took about 40 minutes and the nail techs were very precise, and the nail tech that did my last ones seemed to not care so much. we also waited almost two hours to see anyone, which is fine when you think you are going to get good nails. i’m so sad :(

Ha did my nails perfectly and made sure to ask if each nail was good with me before moving on and offered to fix anything and to come back if I had an issue. Which, I havent. 2 weeks and they havent even lifted. Coming back for a fill soon. Just need to know how much it is first.

Very affordable pedicures with quite a few options. Have had great experiences so far.

Went in for a simple manicure with gel polish. They added a base over the nails (I didn’t ask for it) like a fake nail would have. Now the base is fully dry it separated from skin and looks awkward. Nail polish doesn’t look right. Had to ask several times for her to turn on the lamp for the gel. I have air bubbles. The nails look cheap. there was no attention to details. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Wish I had read reviews before going in 🤦🏽‍♀️

The absolute BEST job I have EVER had done. I went in with a really terrible set that I had done somewhere else, and Ha fixed them and made them look incredible. His attention to detail really blew my mind. I cannot recommend this salon, and specifically the technician Ha enough!!!

I was going to take advantage of the mani/pedi package but after the misshapen, sloppy atrocity my toes turned into, I decided against getting a sloppy French manicure too.Its a no from me dog.

Had both a mani and pedi done. I loved the sugar scrub and hot stones. I received gel polish For both hands and feet and my nails look great. My nails were done by Kim and feet were done by another lady but I cant remember her name. :-(

Ha Took great care of me and my friend, even though we just walked in! I had never been to the salon before and I was very impressed by the skill and how quickly it was done. My nails turned out exactly as I asked for them! I will definitely be coming back.

The first point I’ll make is that I was apologized to and comped after this experience, so that’s a positive.The first time I visited was for a mani-pedi and I was very satisfied. However, my second experience was awful. There was a noticeable difference between how I was treated verses the other customers; I was not allowed to choose a nail color until I was halfway into my manicure. The final results were also terrible. The polish came out bumpy, covered my cuticles, and even seeped under the nail tips, causing them to stick to my skin. My cuticles are also more cut up and dry than before I went in. It was extremely disappointing because the first time I went in the manicure turned out beautifully. I also had to constantly remind my technician which service I came in for, which step he was on during the process, etc. I will not be returning to Polish nails.

I’ve been getting my nails consistently done for 2 years and I have never really gotten exactly what I asked for. I decided to come to Polish because it’s close to where I work and I’m so happy I did! They do AMAZING work. Every nail is perfectly shaped and they make sure Every nail is symmetrical and not too thick! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better set of nail! 10/10!

Great experience!! The atmosphere is great there, very relaxing. The lady that did my nails did an amazing job (I think her name was Chou?) Dee did an amazing job on my mom as well! Even when they accidentally got messed up (we didn’t wait long enough for them to dry), they stayed late until 9:00pm to help fix them! And the owner’s son bought us cupcakes! 😍 They went above & beyond. Highly recommend!

Came in this weekend to get something classy as I had a wedding reception for one my best friends. This salon has stepped up its game! My nails look so elegant and natural. The environment is modern and spa-like. Even though it was quite busy, I felt welcome and felt relaxed.

I think more guys should get their feet done here. I got the signature pedicure and it was amazing! My feet got the ultimate rub-down by a super nice lady who also gave me a great foot massage. These folks are uber friendly and professional. The place also is clean and convenient next to Smiths supermarket. My feet and toes will be back!

Came in over the weekend without an appointment. It was busy but they offered me water and some afternoon sweets. I was able to get in pretty quickly. I loved my foot soak and got the high-end pedicure. The pampering was just amazing. They use high-quality lotions, oils and scents. It just me feel so calm after my rough week. I really needed the pampering and my soles feel oh-so-good. Thank you from the bottom of my feet!

Came here with a bridal shower group and it was absolutely amazing! They brought in cupcakes and had a movie playing. My mom was gluten free and they even went and got her a cupcake too. They are the kindest people you will ever meet and nobody in our group got a single cut. When getting acrylics, I didn’t feel pain or get hurt like I did at other places. I have never been more impressed with a nail salon. I would without a doubt recommend Polish to everyone.

Came in with a girlfriend for pedicures. We both got the organic pedicures. It was fab. They had different scents to choose from. I opted for jasmine and my friend went with the tangerines. It smelled so amazing. We felt so much pampering and that 25-minute massage was terrific. There were so much different treatments from sugar scrub, mud mask, mint oil, massage butter and other pampering. We were there for an hour but wanted to stay more and just relax. Best nail place!

Got a full set done here, within the first week I broke two nails, luckily they fix broken nails for free, but I have since broken another three. Very poorly done nails, I wont be returning here ever again unless Im trying to waste money and time.

Came in with my wife for a pedicure. My feet looked horrible. I feel bad for anyone who has to look at them let alone have to clean them. The people here are so friendly and so helpful. My wife had such a relaxing experience. I love that the place doesnt look girly. Best thing: Its really clean. My feet look so much better without all the nasty callouses. I have been a loyal customer here for years, getting my nails done and eyebrows waxed u til today. I went in for my eyebrows waxed and it was a disaster. The wax was t hot enough, the strips she used she barely pressed down, I had to remind her to wax the middle of the brows. When waxing the under brow she only got the outside of it nothing under the inner part. She didn’t even tell me she was new.. the only way I knew was she had someone following her around and they kept whispering behind me. I could hear her say, “ what did I do wrong”? She then pulled out the tweezers so I thought maybe she would trim them better- nope she plucked 2 hairs! At the end I asked her to trim off the top and she said she couldn’t bc she didn’t know how and the other lady who’s been there said she doesn’t typically do that (even though every other time I go they had) and if I did they would charge more $$. I finally said I’ll just go somewhere else and have them fix it.I really should have given them only 1 star ⭐️ but they didn’t make me pay bc they knew I was upset. After reviewing my brows- it honestly looked like I had just plucked one or two and called it quits. It’s too bad they have gone down hill ever since the new management took over- I used to love this place.I ended up going to Jada Nails and she was able to fix them and make them look amazing!

5 of us got pedicures and none of us had a good experience. We left with cut-up feet and 2 of us got fungus. Massages were painful; I finally just asked him to stop--all he was doing was squeezing my shine bone and flopping my foot around like a fish. My daughter was crying and her technician couldnt speak English so he just kept going. If I had a way to leave the owner a private review, I would. No one ever called me back.

RIP to my nails after going to this place. I have been getting gel nails for years without any nail problems. After I got gel nails here one time they are destroyed. Will never ever ever go back.

They claim to open at 9:30 on Saturday! Waited 10 minutes and still no one showed up!! If the sign says 9:30 they should be open at 9:30!

I already had fake nails on, went to get a fill. I went yesterday and today the fill is already coming off, it didn’t stay on my nail at all. The guy didn’t listen to me, he decided to do the nails how he thought best not how I asked him to do them. They are uneven, there are parts that are thick, parts that are super thin I am worried it will break off, the length is inconsistent on all my fingers. On my right hand he filed three of the nails sooo much on one side the nails now look crooked. Guess that’s what I get for a $20 fill. Not quality at all, they were worried about their customer service the moment I walked in the door wanting me to fill out a survey, they need to have a good product to make any customer service worth it. The poor gal next to me kept asking simple, basic nail salon questions like if they had the colored tips instead of the powder tips, and the gal doing her nails seemed completely confused. My guy kept greeting people, asking what they wanted and then would say someone would be right with them to help them, and another guy would come up ask what the person wanted and then would take care of them. What is the point of my guy asking if the customers had to keep repeating themselves to someone else, say hello and say some will be with you in a moment.

Had a terrific spa day with the girls. Had acrylics done after a nice pedi treatment that was oh-so soothing. The place is immaculately clean and fresh. Thanks to Christy and the entire staff for making us feel and look so good!

Reasonable and lots of colors to choose from

We had 3 appointments scheduled for 1pm. 2 pedi 1 mani. We walked in at 12:45 and every chair was full with 4 people working. We were seated shortly after 1. 1 pedi started at 1:15, a other at 1:30 and the mani at 1:45. The work being done was not top quality. The cleaned the bowls by spraying some Lysol and rubbing it around for a second. Did not seem super sanitary. I did appreciate that the metal tools came clean from the autoclave. They also use a new pedi set for each client. They are under new ownership and the prices have gone way up. This will probably be my last time unfortunately.

My nails were anything but polished. The nail technician was struggling with filing and shaping my nails. They were uneven, diagonal, and jagged. I left with color flooding my cuticles. Ill never be back.

After a horrible experience at two salons in the area, I came to Polish. Unlike the dingy places nearby, this nail spa is clean and modern. The people actually talked to us. But the best part was the amazing mani-pedi combo I received. It was a great value with the many different layers of pampering I experienced. I will definitely be back any time I feel the need to unwind and relax.

Ive been going to Polish Nail Spa for 4 years and loved them - until recently. They either have new owners or are under new management because the quality has gone way down. They rush to get you out and the work was sloppy. I went back a second time after a bad experience - giving it another chance and the same lack of care was still there. Sad because now I have to find another salon.

The women here hate their job, they give you a fake smile when you walk in then act like you are annoying if you ask for anything, one said to me “you want more options you pay more” obviously. Then she yelled at my four year old daughter said “give me your hand” daughter when she was painted her nails like who does that ?? Even my own daughter looked at me in shock because she’s never experienced something like that. They are miserable people if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers especially a four year old!! Get a new job!! She’s so lucky I didn’t go off on her.

Set up an appointment for 4 girls for a wedding and we were there for 3 1/2 hours and messed up on the brides nails. We had to wait even longer to get those corrected and she will wasnt satisfied but we left because we had more plans then sit in a salon all night for her Bachelorette party. I was instructed to make an appointment stating it was for a wedding and theyd block out appointments, which I had done. It was all messed up. I have gone here before so thought id be a solid place to take all the girls but I probably wont go there again myself because how poor the customer service was. My nails turned out okay, they have bubbles in them and are not straight but oh well!

Dont waste your time here. No friendly staff, the work done is terrible. I couldve done my nails at home and not waste my money in this place. I dont recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment at 12 got there 5 min early and when I got there they said it would be a five min wait which turned into almost TWO HOURS!!! And in those hours I watched the nail artists take breaks and watch the TV and say how slow it was!! And when they FINALLY “found someone available” he messed up on my nails and my acrylics were all different sizes and lumpy and they charged me $50 and a glare when i refused to tip 🙄 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!

I was on my way to Utah County from Salt Lake and stopped by after doing some shopping at TJ Maxx in Draper. Had a wedding to attend this weekend and wanted to get my nails done.Im always a bit hesitant to venture outside Salt Lake City but this nail salon is terrific. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately offered something cool to drink as it was hot outside.The decor is modern and spa-like unlike most of those busy and cluttered nail places. I opted for the high-end pedi and got gel nails. The pedi was amazing. You get sugar scrubs, mint oil, beautiful scented massage butter and tons of other things that pampered me. And the hot stone massage and foot rub was to die for!Another gal worked on my hands and beautified by nails. I love my gel nails and cant wait to show them off to my friends!The people are so genuinely kind and friendly. I now have my must-go place for my hands and for my feet.
