When Performance posts a load in a town that is where the load should be NOT 200 miles away. Very unprofessional. but I guess that is what happens when you hire INEXPERIENCED Young Snots to do a Grown Ups job. If you dont have a truck where the load is then drill down and look for one .or perhaps up your rate and it will get covered .... Just STOP Lying... When the pickup location says Wichita ks and the comments say Carthage mo. That would not be Truthful because the load is in another location so that makes it an INTENTIONAL LIE..

Terrible company, please be careful when booking loads. They are very unprofessional. Please read the RC, when booked because they are cheating carriers.

What is the point of having a after hours number, if you dont answer it!You guys need to do better!I called you guys over 20 times back to back.This lumper need to be paid and Im loosing sleep trying to get it paid.

We booked a one day transit load with John Mahe (very unprofessional and untruthful person). Everything was perfect from our side, the load was picked up and we got on time at the delivery. When we checked in at Aldi (receiver), they told us that we dont have an appointment scheduled and well have to wait until the next day to get unloaded.Since we had a dedicated route after this load we told John that they needed to come up with a solution to get our trailer unloaded, whether it will be in a different warehouse or send someone else to deliver this load, its up to them.At the end of the day we both agreed and were compensated $500 for redelivering the load, which was promised by Shawn Larson, the account manager. But, guess what?The load was delivered by us, we even sent a different driver, since the original driver had to pick up our dedicated lane, we never got the agreed compensation. They just sent us new rate confirmation with extra $150 and since then no one is picking up their phones and they are dodging us.Please be aware when dealing with them.

CARRIER BEWARE!I Agreed to a rate.After they loaded the load wrong and had to unload and reload (wasted a a few hours and I didnt even ask for extra pay), I found out today they short paid on the rate con by 50$They charged me 25$ for two advances to pay the lumpers to have it unloaded.WHAT PETTY BS!They do write it on the rate con in small print at the bottom. But forgot to mention it when I booked the load.They will be on my no haul list from now on.50$ underhanded petty BS if you ask me.

Great company to work with! Several options on loads in great lanes! Always pay fairly and promptly once invoiced! AJ, Eric and the team are some of the best in the business. They do a professional job for both the Customer and the Carrier! We highly recommend them!

I have worked with AJ for over five years. He has always treated me with respect! He has always been fair with me on pricing, and upfront with me on scheduling. Any disagreements have always been resolved mutually by talking it out. I would not hesitate to do business with this company!

To all carriers, BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY - These people are crooks! They work with SHAMROCK Dairy based in Phoenix and cheat carriers not only out of their time but unloading fees. THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD TO WORK. They are hold a DO NOT LOAD status with our company.

We were using a different company and they knew we weren’t looking to change at the time but they still went above and beyond to ensure we at least were getting the info we needed to ensure we were getting a fair deal from the last company we were using. Very honest group.

Extremely unhappy with how this company is run. They paid a random company for money they owed our company. When I reached out to have this fixed they did nothing expect give me contact information to who they paid for the load. THEY WERE AT FAULT WITH PAYMENT AND EXPECTED ME TO GO HUNTING FOR MY MONEY. Be very cautious with this company. We still have not received this payment.

Carriers and customers avoid this company!They give false appointment dates.The receiver were closed and they kept my truck hostage for 2 days.I had to fight with them to get a $300 per day layover fee. And they don’t want to reimburse a gate fee, which you must pay to get unloaded at this warehouse.

Hauled a load for them and they got us in a pinch and then cut our money in half terrible people and liars
