Helped me understand why my hearing has gotten worse over time.

I love my new hearing aids! I can go in anytime and they will help with the smallest problem. I can answer the phone, stream zoom on computer and all kind of things successfully.

I appreciate how I can be seen right at appointment time. I am always glad to see Liz at the front as she truly remembers who I am even tho I come in only once a year. Even makes sure I have a Pepsi for me. The service is outstanding!!

I was impressed at the staffs friendliness. They have self serve snacks and drinks while you wait, which I REALLY appreciated cause I didnt grab a bottle of water when I left the house earlier.Dr. Eric was very nice. The test revealed some hearing loss that I wasnt aware of and he made sense explaining why my hearing is so hyper sensitive.Will be coming here again next year for a follow up for sure.

The doctors of Audiology at Intermountain Hearing Centers have been amazing to work with. I am on my second set of hearing aids with them and both have been great. Dr Kevin Harward fit me with both. The first set I wanted to be hidden so we went with aids that are completely in the ear canal. I loved being able to hear my daughters and other female voices again, as I have a high frequency hearing loss. For my second pair of aids I was more comfortable with people knowing that I wear them so I went with small Behind the Ear aids. These are amazing because they are super comfortable and they sync with my iPhone so i can hear calls, music, etc directly from my phone to my aids.Kevin has been amazing. He adjusts my levels and sounds whenever I feel like I need them adjusted. The whole staff is super friendly and make me comfortable whenever Im in the office.

ALTHOUGH THEY DONT MENTION THE ROCK SPRINGS , WYOMING , LOCATION , THERE IS SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE EVERY DAY , WITH THE AUDIOLOGIST IN ONE DAY A WEEK , WHICH MAKES IT GREAT FOR THE LOCAL PEOPLE , TO HAVE KIND AND KNOWLEGEABLE STAFF , TO SERVICE AND ANSWER QUESTIONS AND SET APPOINTMENTS.RECENTLY GOT FIT FOR MY NEW HEARING AIDS , I CAN HEAR THE BIRDS TWEETING AND CARRYING ON IN THE TREES AS I WALK AROUND OUTSIDE , SO WONDERFUL TO HEAR MOTHER NATURE ONCE AGAIN,,, THE BLUE TOOTH FEATURE CONNECTS RIGHT TO YOUR SMART PHONE AND ALLOWS PERFECTLY CLEAR CONVERSATION .THANK YOU,, TO ALL THE STAFF ,, FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE

Wonderful staff. Wonderful Doctors. I could not have had a better experience going to the Draper location. I was treated by a smiling happy person at the front and had a great experience throughout. I would recommend getting my hearing checked with this office to everyone I know.

Great place! The only real way to mess up any medical center is to not do it’s job well. However, Intermountain Hearing Center goes above and beyond with a nice atmosphere,competent doctors, and very friendly employees. Really good stuff!

My husband has been coming to your office since it opened. He started out going to Layton and was thrilled when an office opened up in Draper. He has worked with multiple doctors from their team of audiologists and all of them have been wonderful. We love our experience every time that we go in. It begins with the friendly receptionist and ends with the friendly doctors. All around they are a phenomenal company with great employees!

All the doctors are very professional, charismatic and are very easy to feel comfortable with. They provide awesome hearing care and sell great hearing products. I also have a few close friends that work here and they all love it, so if you are ever considering a position here, its an amazing place to work!

We have seen Dr. Lifferth multiple times for kids with chronic ear infections. He has tested their hearing to make sure there was no permanent damage and recommend other treatments when necessary. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and good with kids.

We loved the personal attention that was given to my husband in choosing a hearing aid that works for him. We go to the office in south Ogden. The doctors and the receptionists were great!

I’ve been going here a long time and Steve and his staff have always taken care of me and made sure I have the best hearing Aids that fit my needs. They know what they are doing and I consider them the best.

All of the staff at Intermountain Hearing Center were polite and informative. They were accommodating to the test that I had ran with snacks and a drink. All of the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and want to help you.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that I have had trouble with my hearing aids that required them to be sent back to the factory several times. However, he staff at Intermountain Hearing centers has attentive and easy to work with.

Can you hear me now.......? Well, I can hear you thanks to Intermountain Hearing Center in Draper and their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can hear even better than when I was young. Not only has it helped my hearing, I smile more, I find myself less irritated by the day to day troubles I have, and I have a newfound love for the wonderful life I have. The only downfall of hearing so well, I don’t have to go visit the awesome people in Draper as much.....but I still make an excuse to chat with my old friends there. If ya can’t hear, don’t walk.....RUN to your nearest Intermountain Hearing Center. I’m so glad I did!!!

I was amazed at this time of Covid-19 and a hearing center most usually working with elderly people, they were not wearing masks today. I asked about it and was told, we werent told we had to wear masks. If they dont care about me, Ill not be going back!!!
