When I complained because the Vela Smooth was too painful, they refused to give me my money back for the future services I had purchased in a package. No where did it state that there was no refunds. They force you to purchase the services in a package and pay up front, but when you experience it and realize it is not for you, there is nothing you can do. The Vela Smooth does not work. Its a total gimmick to steal your money. You wont see results and it hurts terribly.

I had several laser procedures and was left with white spots where they had damaged the melanin in my skin. They pretend to care about their customers but it is only about the money.I suggest going somewhere else

I cant even begin to describe the problems I had here. Hair removal isnt even permanent and they told me it was, not to mention it didnt even work. I still had all my hair after I was done so I went through 2 years of pain for nothing, but they wouldnt give me my money back or let me come in for another year for touch ups like they said I would. They told me they would put me on a payment plan what they didnt say is that it was a CC and I was charged up the wahoo in interest. It was almost impossible to pay off! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
