Ive been working with Big Fish Automation for around a year now to assist me in building my home theater and take care of my Control4 system. I cannot say enough good things about Big Fish Automation and (more specifically) working with Patrick. They are super detailed and ALWAYS follow up when Ive had a question or asked them to check into something for me which is an enormous plus! Something else that greatly impressed me is that they remember details about you, your system and setup even if you havent spoken with them in a while which I think shows just how important their clients are to them. Ive worked with several other AV companies here in the Salt Lake Valley and theres nothing like Big Fish Automation! I can wholeheartedly recommend Big Fish Automation for any of your AV needs.

I was referred to Big Fish from the guys in our IT department at the Company where I work. Called and was transferred to Jeff. He listened as I walked him through what I was looking for and when I needed their help. Had a bit of a tight window on timing but Jeff managed to fit me into their install schedule. Jayme was on time and did an outstanding job with the installation. Really happy with the high quality of his work and, like Jeff, Jayme was great to work with. Two thumbs up for these guys and Big Fish Automation. Ill be working with them again on the next phase of the install so will add to this review once Phase II is completed.

These guys are the best of the best. They spent 20 hours in my home fixing everything that everyone else on the planet could not. I mean cable guys, internet guys, geek squad all failed...and these guys came out and resolved it all. They are knowledgeable and have solutions. My internet works now as it should and there are no dead spots throughout the house, speeds are what I am paying for at all pints throughout the house, my theatre system works appropriately with cutting edge tools...and BIG FISH walked me through each level of cost to give me great options for decision making and some options I made through them and some I made through other sources and they installed it for me at an hourly rate. I cannot say enough good things about these guys...professionalism was tip top and communication was effective and on cue. This can be so rare in this day and age and BIG FISH is as good as it gets...cannot say enough good things and I am a straight shooter. Thanks so much guys...I will certainly spread the word!!!

Some of the best customer service I have received! They installed my jelly fish lights and have been great to work with to fix some issues I have had, even though they didnt have to, they did it because it was the right thing to do. Love the product and the company is great!

Our HDMI cable broke so we didn’t have a TV. We called Friday morning and spoke with Jeff. He worked us into the schedule within 1 hour. Spencer came right out and was able to replace the cable in no time. We were told by at least 6 other companies that they were at least one week out. My theater is the best thing in my life right now, and that includes my wife and children. Kidding! (Mostly.) In all seriousness, Big Fish has been the absolute best to work with, and theyve delivered in a big way. Our theater is absolutely amazing and can easily entertain up to 40 people. The picture and sound are top notch. We use it all the time. Big Fish has always been there to explain things and patch up any issues that arise as we settle into using the system. I highly, highly recommend them.

They were very knowledgeable on the products offered and my sound system has worked great through out my house. It has been worth every penny, because there is literally not a day that goes by that we dont use the system they installed. My wife was skeptical at first... But she is in lover with our sound system even more than I am. We are very happy with our in home stereo/speaker system!!!

These guys really know their stuff. The price was competitive and the quality of the components for our in home theater are amazing. They have been very responsive to questions and got our installation done promptly as promised. The 145 screen is wonderful and the Sony high definition image and Yamaha audio are stunning. Just wish we would have done this ten years ago.

When we moved into our house 3 years ago we had Big Fish do all our wiring and set up all our TVs. They did an awesome job. We eventually installed a home theater and hooked it into our system and that turned out great. And just recently we remodeled a portion of our basement and added additional TVs and speakers throughout different parts of our remodel with the same great results. We have worked with Jeff throughout each project and he has been amazing to work with. He has always given us a great deal on our projects. I think the most impressive thing about the whole thing is how attentive Jeff has been to us each time. He would call me to let me know where we were with the project multiple times throughout the project and I never had to wonder if my project had been forgotten. (He contacted me! When does anybody extend that courtesy?!) We had some complications that took a lot of time and work to get figured out. Regardless of how busy Big Fish had been in working on other projects, Jeff always found a way to get someone out to our house to work on our project in a timely fashion. The techs that came by were so great throughout as well. Spencer stayed working on our project one night until after 10:30PM (which was fine cause we were all up) just to get as much done as he could because he knew he wasnt going to have time to get back to our project for a while. And Patrick is a tech wizard and made all our complicated issues work out perfectly. Big Fish has the been the best and easiest company to work with. Thank you.

Big fish did an amazing job on our home theater in our basement. We feel its one of the best home theater stores in Utah at least from what weve seen! Their professionalism and follow up has been top notch. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody and we have!

I called big fish on a new build. I gave them short notice on hard wire for my new build. They came as soon as they possibly could and installed my wires. They also beat the closest bid by $400 on my wiring alone.I gave them a very specific number that they needed to stay inside of with my equipment purchases. Theyve worked very hard to stay inside that number and theyve been honest the whole way. Im extremely happy with these guys and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Patrick was my technician and I was delighted with his problem solving skills and creativity. Part of my Russound system equipment was broken, but he figured out how to make the remaining components work and unlocked new capabilities of the system that had probably never been used. Completely satisfied and recommended.

I absolutely love, love, love and adore my Jelly Fish lights from Big Fish Automation. There were amazing for the Christmas holiday, but I have also been able to light up my Presidents Day, Valentines Day, St Patrick Day, Easter, birthdays and any other event I can think of to celebrate! Its so amazing to change the colors and customize them. I can even just have while lights to highlight my home. Not having to have lights installed and removed every year is the BEST, and when they are off you cant even see them.I cant recommend these enough! I wish I could post a picture here.

Big Fish is the real deal. They were so great during the entire process. They helped me plan the perfect home theater, Sonos audio, security, intercom and permanant Christmas lights. They were very professional and personable. I appreciated being able to be there on site on the days that their technicians were running wires so that I could ask questions and make sure that it was done the way I envisioned. When the house was complete and we were moving in, they took plenty of time on the final install to test everything very thoroughly and walk me through all that I needed to know for each system. I highly recommend these guys and I am very glad that I found them!
