We had all our windows replaced, new front door, back door and storm doors installed and couldn’t be more happy. Steve is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. We ran into unexpected rotting wood under the siding of our house and Steve made it a priority to make sure he fixed it for us during the install. We would not hesitate to recommend DWD to anyone, we are beyond happy with the new windows and doors.

Steve & his brother, who is also his partner, did a great job installing two entry doors & two new storm doors. They were on time, worked nonstop, & made sure everything was done properly before handing over the keys. I’m loving my new doors! So much so, I’m having them come back to replace three windows! Dealing with Steve, Jenn, and bobby was a pleasure. They are a small family business that takes great pride and care with the work that they do. They offer a fair price for the great work they do, and the knowledge they carry. Financing was a breeze through their partner. I cannot speak more highly of this business. They did 1 entry door w/ 2 full sidelights, and did 13 new construction windows full trim out and in. I will have them back for more work 100% and recommend everyone use them that can.

We had three French doors replaced with new sliders. Installation required refitting and extensive flashing! Steve and his team were so professional. Each day they cleaned up as if you would never know we had work done! The doors look amazing! Price was reasonable! Overall excellent experience!

We needed to replace a discolored slider leading to our deck. We got a detailed description and estimate of what the replacement would be. On the day of installation, Steve and his associate arrived and explained exactly what they were going to do and the approximate amount of time to complete the job. In spite of it being close to 100 degrees, they worked quickly and efficiently and were finished within the projected time frame. We reached out to Steve to add a window and door to our addition and he was incredibly personable, prompt, and professional. Installers are facing historic backlogs at this time since many people are working from home and coming to terms with domestic inadequacies, but Steve was able to give us a reasonable timeline for the project. Steve came in as scheduled and installed an Anderson slider for me. He and his team are professional, honest and courteous. The install was clean and precise and looks FANTASTIC. Everything was cleaned up and spotless after installation was completed. Im extremely happy with the work and DW&D will be first on the list next year for the front door and windows!! Highly recommended.

Dracut Windows & Doors replaced our windows a few years ago and did a great job, so when we decided to replace our back door with a slider, we called them again. They came out quickly, did quality work, the price was reasonable, and they left my house clean. Our windows still look great after a few years and our new door looks awesome.

We had our front door replaced several months ago, and the process from start to finish was phenomenal. We worked with Steve Rogers, who was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.A bit humorously, we had unusual needs for a storm door, and he was a good sport listening to the long list of criteria. We needed a storm door that allowed our cats to look outside at floor level, had a screen to use during warm days (but was out of reach of cat claws), the screen needed to be easily closed/removed for the winter, and couldnt be easily pushed through by the little ones in the family.He was able to quickly recommend a product that checked all of those boxes, and hilariously checked in with us a few days after install to see how that cats were enjoying their new view.The install process itself went really smoothly - he and another person came, and did the job quickly. Before and after photos are attached for comparison!We are going to need some other doors replaced in our home soon, and we will use this place again!

Steve and his crew were great to work with. He talks to you like you are a real person rather than a sale. His estimates are less than HALF of what Anderson and NewPro gave us for an estimate. He had great communication throughout and we ended up with 2 great looking windows. Would highly recommend!

In 2014, Steve and his crew came out to our house and installed 10 new replacement windows. They were fast, courteous, extremely conscientious about protecting the floor and cleaning up afterwards. They were obviously very experienced and while it wasnt a huge job for them, they treated us like it was. Fast forward to this past December and we asked Steve to come back and give us an estimate on replacing 3 more windows. This is the kind of job that is a nuisance to most contractors but Steve came out, did his measuring and ordered the windows. Steve arranged for a time to come out and had the old windows out and the new ones installed in about 2 hours. Again they were friendly, courteous and just as meticulous as the last time. I am happy to recommend Steve and Dracut Window & Door to anyone who wants a professional job done well. I know if we have any further work to be done in this area, Steve is the first one well contact!

We purchased a new Pella slider and the installation was done by this company. We cant be more pleased!! The two brothers who did the install, were great! They did a superb job. I dont have one complaint, they are awesome and would recommend them to everyone! Outstanding! We are considering having 2 more doors installed. Paula and ray hewitt
