Scheduled a 5am pickup for logan airport No driver showed up when we took lyft 40 minutes later. It would be disaster if we dont have extra time for our international trip. Phone calls in the morning wasnt answered.It is ironic that we cancelled scheduled lyft ride because we were uncomfortable about the ride uncertainty

We used their service for drop off and pick up at the airport. They are prompt, timely, and affordable. His timing was perfect on the pick up, as he was there as soon as we walked out the door. We enjoyed the trip and supporting a local business!

Had the misfortune of being on the road next to this person. Horrible driver, blocking the travel lane, honking and being aggressive towards anyone that attempted to pass him. He shouldnt have a license, nevermind a car service.

They take the worry out of getting to the airport
