This is the worst lying scheming place ever got a list from them on the same day it came out 3 were rented and 4 of them didn’t answer or were only available two hours of the day and one of the houses wasn’t even ready to be lived in please DONT DO IT DONT USE THIS SERVICE THEY MAKE ANY EXCUSE NOT TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK AND THEY TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR NOTHING DONT DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!

Housing, apartments hunters, I dont recommended anyone to go to that place at all for the following:They charge $175 for membership for one year, and they will give you list to help you to find what you want, but all of that P.S because NO one answer the phones and the houses in bad areas.- They didnt follow up their customers,moreover they didnt give you the list each Wednesday for the houses as they said!!!!- I tried to get back some of money because I wanna cancel my membership but they were so rude with me.- I recommend any one look for houses or apartments to search either by himself/herself or relatives, or Craigslist-!!!!save your money

I wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy!! DONT DO IT !! They are so fraud I am currently filing a lawsuit against them ! I have tried to ask for my money back but they refuse to give it back ! The Liston g are either sold or old and they LIE and say “ Guaranteed Placement “ but that’s all a lie. If you care about your time and money you’ve work hard to earn don’t throw it away on them !

I called multiple times, and kept getting put on hold and getting the run around. When I asked if they were serious about renting the apartment I was interested in, I got hung up on. Wish I saw these other reviews before I wasted my time.

This company is a total scam. I paid $180 for a service that have never been provided. The place in Lakewood has closed for a week, no service, no money back .One word to describe this company: crook

Money for a list, properties on the list are sometimes other agencies. The reciept they give you says you can get your money back within 5 days if not satified or if you find a place thru other means and they refuse to refund. They dont help you contact properties on the list or put in any effort to help you find a place besides that list. Waste of time and money.

Total scam i will file a claim for the better bussiness bureau and really these scamers should be out of bussiness she charged me $175 and acts like im begging her to help me u go to the office and she treats you like she doesnt want u there . they print the list from Craigslist i asked for a refund she refused to pay back be aware !!! Its a rippoff people dont come here ..they dont have contracts with property owners.We searched called and the places are rented.Scammmmm

This place is a scam. you pay the 175 fee and they say,in spite of having poor credit score, that they will get you into a place since they work directly with the owners. I wasted 175 and they didnt do squat for me.

SUCH A BAD PLACE!!!!!!!!! Please read reviews always!!!! They stolen $175 just to give a list with terrible apartments in terrible areas!!!!!!!! Taking this to court!!!!!!! They refuse to give you the service, they only give you a list!!!!! Dont you ever go there!!!!!

I do not recommend them at all, they are scammers, they charged me $ 200 for a printed list to get rent which none of the options was available. When I called the next day, calls were not answered. I had to call a friends phone for them to answer me and they never solved anything for me. I just lost my money, thieves.
