Had to go in there today and this place is very slow in assisting customers and not very friendly at all. In addition the store is very small and none of the employees in this store were controlling nor coordinating social distancing. The place started getting packed and no one was concerned with COVID-19.

Staff wont answer phones, basically good for nothing.

Excellent customer service. Only problem Ive ever had was this store is it never honors its open hours. At least on 3 occasions it was closed when it was supposed to be open. Noone ever answers the phone, no sign for the reason its closed when its not even a holiday. I always end up just going to an Amazon hub in another town because I dont even want to take a chance and waste gas going over there.

Excellent. Ive been using UPS stores on a daily basis since 2007, and Ive had some not-so-great customer service experiences, but These people are simply there to help you quickly and politely and move on to the next customers. Its clean, its new looking inside, and the employees stay, they dont have any turnover. Thankful for the people that run this place.

They always provide excellent customer service. Even during COVID-19, theyre still willing to go above and beyond in servicing this community.Ive never had a problem with them. They take care of everything; if youre returning an item and arent sure of which Amazon package (bag or huge box) to use- they will let you know, will tape up the package AND dispose of the unneeded cardboard box- without any inconvenience to them. They make it so easy each time I visit this location. Theyre awesome! 👍🏼

I shipped a package back to Amazon and the package was lost, I needed to talk to someone in the store, they would not pick up the phone.I tried communicating with them via e-mail and requested that they give me call their response was I will try and call you later never received the call back. Poor customer service, how they stay in business is unbelievable.

I came into this location because it was the closest to my work. it is actually open later than most UPS stores which was convenient. I had to return two Amazon items. I was assisted immediately and the gentleman was very friendly. He also taped one of my packages up. Since the UPS stores are franchises it is critical to have excellent customer service to stand out from the crowd. The store has gone above and beyond and met that expectation.

EXTREMELY RUDE! I walked in and was not greeted. Then the guy scanned my items and handed me a receipt so I assumed I was good to go and just as I begun to walk away he informed me that there was fee so I paid, but was not thanked or anything. No basic customer service skills or even manners.

If you need to go in and use the internet and print, its THE BEST deal in town! I usually pay a dollar or two. Depending on how many pages. Not like other places you can feel your blood being sucked out from within you every minute youre online. Super reasonable!

This place was dirty the guy was coughing he was rude told me to go figure out my own question I had for him I told him I need his help he said he couldnt help me I told him I dont understandhow this works. I have a Amazon return he yelled at me told me to go to the side and figure it out

I read some all the reviews here and some were bad but I decided to go there for myself. I found the entire staff including the owner very helpful and very professional they even suggested the things so that my package will not get damaged in route. Yes they charge me for the help but with the service I received was more than happy to pay it I think Im going to visit this place more often.

Scale may not be accurate. Might need to reset. My work scale is new accurate and weighed todays shipment at 3.96. At this location weighed 4.05.
