Theyll take your money, and give a 800 number to deal with government agency. Its been over a month that I requested a live scan and no results. I called and they give me the round around and provide a number that supposedly will give me info in regards to my live scan but it keeps ringing and ringing. Fast to take your $$$, but they take there time in resolving the issues. Btw... they still havent help me, just took my $50.

Express Fingerprint and Notary Services really provides an exceptionally great service to its clients. In my experience, my initial contact was by telephone. Rosa was very polite; she sent me a text message with a reminder for my appointment. The price of of the fingerprint service was not as high as in other places. Once I got to their offices, which is located in a nice and quiet area of the city of Downey, I found plenty of parking in the back of the building. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Rosa, who proceeded to immediately provide me with, not only professional, but also a very friendly and skillful service. A few days later my fingerprints were processed by the state, meaning the fingerprint service was completed on an efficient manner. Because of COVID, the state is doing adoptions now with an Atty and just notarizing the paperwork, Rosa was extremely nice and her prices are very reasonable, office is clean and safe, same day service we even had a mix up with the documents she fixed the problem AND Brought us the documents to our house I would recommend this establishment any time Thank you so much Rosa
