Worst Experience for rental Ive experienced. Rented a dehumidifier after water extraction performed. Set up sealed rooms and door on and left running over night only to return the following morning to find it had been leaking on the carpet overnight. Then had to go to home depot for a carpet cleaner to extract water and re-rent the dehumidifier for another full day, was offered store credit for inconvenience. Returned the following day to get charged 2days and 4hrs cause i was 30min late. I explained I had been trying to Purge/empty the water from the hose . Around $200 in charges that could have been $50 charge but due to their faulty equipment Im stuck with the short end of the outcome

If you only need a truck for a hour or so I totally recommend them

Overall good store, employees are somewhat helpful. Tool rental place needs more employees. Last two times I went to rent a machine took too long. Only one person was there.
