I took in my computer in for a diagnostic to see why itwas running so slow and seemed to be overloaded with viruses. I went online and searched for computer repairs places near me. When I came across Cheappc like everyone else I read the reviews mostly good and some bad. I went in around 4:30pm on a Friday and received my computer back by 12:30pm the very next day running 100 times faster almost like new.I am very satisfied with the great customer service experience that Arilo provided. Amazing service. I went in with my 2011 17 inch MacBook Pro with graphics card issues. I explained to Arilo how I was not ready to part ways with my MacBook yet. He was able to fix my machine without having to replace the graphics card in under 2 hours. My unit runs perfect, and I can honestly say this unit will last me a few more year after his service. Arilo explained and went through the applications and how getting memory expanded on my Laptop was going to be done. He let me know that parts needed to ordered and specified a timeline of how he would start working on my laptop. The Hard drive replaced was SSD, which is now on PPCIE, is not the “old” normal hard drive that runs on a disk. The end result was great, memory expansion made my laptop works faster. Dont let the rating fool you!!!I dont think this guy does honest businesses. He will find whatever way to get more money out of you. I would suggest to shop around if you are not that technically savvy. Or if you are a little bit incline, you can basically google any thing now a day and get a good amount of information to do it yourself. There are tons of youtube video to show how to fix computers or clean viruses.

My 2 year old desktop hard drive malfunctioned. Luckily, I routinely backup my data. Arilo suggested that I get a desktop with two hard drives so my data is backup automatically. Arilo built a computer that is fast and work flawlessly with two hard drives. I feel safe that my data is automatically backup. The price was reasonable and I am a happy customer.

I don’t review businesses because I expect good service as a standard.. Arilo by far exceeded my expectations of customer service. He has 20 plus years experience in his business and it shows. I have been tinkering with my MacBook Pro for three months now and could not get it working. I made one call to Arilo and he guaranteed me that he could fix it. I asked myself how can someone guarantee without seeing the product and the issues ? All I did was explain my problem and he knew that he could fix it. Goes to show what 20+ years of experience can do for you. As for the person griping about a $50 charge for a driver.... you need to stop and think and realize that one this is a small business. Two, you get what you pay for and lastly as far as his business cleanliness, it is as expected. Cords and wires and tools not stored away means he is constantly working and operating until his closing time. If I went to an auto mechanic and didn’t see grease and tools in the working area then that means he/she isn’t busy. I have a 2010 MacBook Pro that was an over priced paper weight that is now up and running thanks to Arilo. Fast friendly service. Will return and highly recommend his services.

They charge 250.00 to replace a power port. I have the part, it will take about 15min to replace it TO EXPENSIVE, apple charger $65.00

I found Cheappc Repair when my Dell laptop crashed and it was out of warranty. He was able to update all my drivers and bring it up.Hes been my PC repair every since December and Ive brought other laptops for repair and upgrades. Very reasonable prices and I can return for any minor tweaking.

Dishonest service. Will take advantage if you dont have a little pc knowledge. Even little things like if you only need like a driver owner will charge you around $50 bucks sad!° go somewhere else ripp off on this place took my laptop and regret it.

I had been plagued by various adwares for awhile, was getting progressively worse. I was told by a certified Microsoft guy that there was nothing he could do for removing AdChoices and BoredPlay because there was something going on on the internet. Part of my problem is that my Windows 10 dept updating itself which made my pop-up ads worse. He suggested I upgrade my version of Windows (for almost $300!). Fortunately I found Arilo who was confident he could all my issues. He somehow worked his magic and now my computer works fast and efficiently, like Arilo. Very cost effective, too. I would have paid 3x what the MS guy charged. Arilos been at the same location for over 20 years, a rarity for todays here-today-gone-tomorrow world. I cant say enough good things about him!
