Just got blood work done here, not only was the staff nice and welcoming but the suite was clean. This was also a walk in appointment and I was seen right away after signing in. 👍🏻

There over staff.went for a drug test n got direction for more capable location far away . Would not come here again

Great staff, fast and good service, clean, great opening hours, and great location.

I got there within 10 minutes of opening and there was already a line down the hallway. It took about 15 minutes of waiting to go sign in on the tablet, then I had to go wait in my car for another 30 minutes. Once I got the text that the blood draw was ready, everything was a breeze from that point on. The staff were very friendly and Covid compliant.

They do not accept walk in for drug test.

Best LabCorp Ever 😁. Walked In with No Appointment. The Asian Receptionist was Awesome. 👍 She walked me thru the Sign In Process & was out of there in less than 30 minutes. How Cool is that? 😎✌️

Went in to get some blood work done and spent no less than an hour there.Signing in was easy enough via the computer kiosk although, I had to go over some things with the receptionist. For younger tech inclined people its a great easy system but, it could lead to trouble for the elderly crowd. No appointment needed and I just walked in an waited for a bit and boom it was over. Who ever drew my blood was a pro through and through because I barely felt it. I went early in the morning and there was only a couple people in front of me /

Zero stars isn’t an option so had to go with one. Pregnant wife in a full waiting room with no social distancing. People obviously sick and coughing in the room with no social distancing. Staff does nothing. This place should be shut down. Unprofessional, unsafe “medical” staff and facility. Are they actually scheduling COVID testing alongside pregnancy glucose testing? Anything for a $ I guess.

The girl in the blue suit and glasses behaved very badly, the attention to the public, the other nurses who are in the counter very contemptuous and with a very bad body language, they mistreated me and my daughter. It was 7:30 am and they entered the office and the people outside lined up and they never came out to say that they could come in. I had to come in and tell them if we could already enter, terrible attrition, terrible staff.

The people arent particularly welcoming. The bathroom was dirty with urine when I went in. The dirty box where they have you put your bag has a sticker that says its for urine and blood specimens only (they said it wasnt, but then why have that sticker?).For the drug screening/urine test youre not allowed to flush the toilet or wash your hands until they say so, but they dont even give you gloves so that means when you open the co-ed bathroom door, you are definitely touching something that other people touched after using the bathroom and not washing their hands. It is gross. This place needs an update.

You’re better off choosing another location. they don’t have a process and they don’t treat you like a respectable patient. i waited over an hour which isn’t in it self wrong, but when you’re forgotten or skipped over and then not even acknowledged- that means it happens and they don’t even know how to act professional about the situation.

Hispanic receptionist has no people skills. People are rude and have an attitude in general. Horrible customer service. This place needs to hire new educated people with people skills.

I have been to this Lab Corp office 3 times this year already and every time so far I have had no problems. The building itself is kind of old but Im not going for looks. The staff there is very friendly and they know what they are doing as far as taking blood samples and getting the lab results to your doctor in a timely manner. Im always in and out of there with no problems and thats why I gave them a 5 star review. I hate waiting around while staff is chit chatting with each other eating donuts or wont help you because they are on a break. Here they take care of you so you can leave and I really appreciate that. I too had to give a urine sample and the restroom has a lot of stuff in it because they store supplies in there but it was fairly clean and I had no issues with any liquids on the floor or toilet seat. Keep up the good work!!!

That star is too much. I am all about technology but, this new high tech system is horrible. Not only is it located in the worse location in the building but, when this elderly man asked for help the receptionist replied with All you need to know is how to read. Horrible!!! Seems every 2 mins someone from the back has to come out and help an elderly person, taking them away from there work. Nothing like good old fashion customer service. You definitely wont find that here. THEY SHOULD REPLACE THE FRONT RUDE RECEPTIONIST WITH A HIGH TECH DEVICE THAT LIFELESS MACHINE WOULD BE NICER TO HUMAN BEINGS..

Long ridiculous waiting time for a quick test. Appt not always available therefore you are force to walk in. To top it off, poor customer service

Bad bad customer service. Saturday’s are by appt only. My doctors flyer nor the internet indicate that particular info. They had no patients and they still refuse to draw blood. Lab Corp you need to update ur doctors and your website.

Fasted all day for my lab work show up at 12:45pm and I am told there internet was down and they were not accepting credit cards. Unfortunately they are closed from 1-2 for lunch. The receptionist was rude and uncaring!

Waited for more than an hour to drop off specimens. It only took 10 seconds for rep to collect the specimens. For drop-off there can be separate queue.

Walk in, but it is recommended to make an appointed through the website.

The staff is rude&lazy and all they do is socialize among each other then when youre waiting for your name to be called. Then they purposely skip you and tell youwait for your name to called its 2hr waitwhile you watch come and go and you there before any the people. It doesnt pay to be early since all they will do is skip you on purpose.
