This insurance was included with new home purchase. I received a letter with a prorated check attached a couple months in and was notified that my insurance was being suspended. After several attempts to contact this Farmers office, I was told that there was a loose shingle on my roof and that if I repaired it, my insurance would be reinstated. After I repaired, Joseph then informed me that my insurance would be cancelled unless the entire roof was replaced. He also referred me to a company that he said would cover me in this situation without a roof replacement, and mentioned that no other insurance would. After several attempts to follow up on this offer with no response, I gave up on Farmers. I am now happily insured with state farm and have not had to replace my roof, plus I received a 20% discount on my vehicles. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, GO TO STATE FARM. I have saved all emails and correspondence to back up this claim.
