Justin was very professional and helpful. He knew what he was doing and was able to repair our washer within 10 minutes. He also gave tips to care for our washer and checked our wiring to make sure everything was OK. Very nice and I appreciate your help, thank you!

I called to repair my refrigerator. My refrigerator is not very cold. I pay hundreds of dollars for agreement but they have never repaired the rubber seal on this same fridge. They just stick it on, never replacing it, and it falls off within a week or two so I just forget it for a few months. I have considered buying my refrigerators from someone else. I wasnt very happy with this repair man. He said he will order the seal and call me. We will see...

I needed information about my LG refrigerator a couple of screws for the bottom freezer door handle the representative I spoke with was very helpful and assisting me with the parts that I needed . He did me that you can no longer visit the stores everything is done online now, due to the Coronavirus lots of places have had to make changes and adjustments so I understand. But overall it was okay I have no complaints.

Be aware of Sears unethical technicians. The technician who came to my condo to fix my Whirlpool stacked washer/dryer dryer arrived by himself. He said he had to reschedule because the needed another worker to help him move the stack washer dryer. Of course, that would increase the amount he would charge. The cost to repair it was quoted to be around $ 449. To deal with this high price, he said that if I bought a warranty for my kitchen equipment (refer, microwave, garbage disposal, stove) the price would be lower, but I would have to make monthly payments for the warranty. What really got me, was the diagnostic charge for coming to my place. He did not do due diligence or even a Google search to see what type of dryer I had. He told me that the issue with most gas dryers like mine is the thermostat. He said could not hear the click when the gas went on. MY DRYER IS ELECTRIC. No wonder Sears went into bankruptcy. With technicians who do not know how to make a diagnostic or even use Google to find out the type of equipment they are checking, this added to the other issues the company had (I know other things caused the bankruptcy). He charged $89 for coming to make a diagnostic. He gave me a quote of $449 to get it fixed. I made a $110 down payment that included the diagnostic. I did not buy the warranty, so he went down on the cost. Also, he ordered the part that was going to be delivered to my place in five days.Yes, I felt for it. After almost weeks, when the part did not come, I decided to cancel the service. They are not refunding the $89 diagnostic.I called a local appliance repair place. ONLY one guy came with a dolly and took the stack washer/dryer. I cant believe that Sears allowed his technician to schedule extra people for something that can be done with a dolly. This reminded me the bad CEO that brought Sears into bankruptcy -- getting paid for not knowing how to do his job.Be aware of Sears technicians reap off. Give your business to smaller repair shops and not corporations that hire unethical technicians. I think the technician name is Herman. I called Sears 1-800 number to complain, but a person in another country said she cannot do give me back the diagnostic.Just be aware of unethical technicians at Sears.

Sears has not shown up to repair my refrigerator. My refrigerator is a lemon. Sears refuses to replace it. After purchasing the warranty and everything my refrigerator cost me $3700. It is 5 years old and I have recently purchased another refrigerator that works so I can feed my family during this pandemic. My sears refrigerator sits in my kitchen taking up space as a useless box still waiting for repairs.

We called regarding water leaking from the refrigerator which occurred after we activated the ice maker. The tech who came out said the leak wasnt caused by the ice maker but the compressor. He assured us the problem was fixed. This was April 30. On May 1 there was water leaking again from the fridge much worse than before. My mother is 89 years old and could have slipped and fallen in the water. Sears is coming out today, May 4 to again fix the problem. We have a purchase agreement which is the only reason we are dealing with Sears for this issue.

Not enough employees? Had to look for someone around the whole floor for some service. Even when I did find someone, they didnt know too much about their own specials. Apart from that another customer was just speaking to the employee complaining about how shopping at Sears was the worst experience ever. That was definitely a warning for me that kept me away

Paid hundreds of dollars for a Sears Agreement for my New Sears Kenmore Refrigerator. Called Wed. 6/6/18 for appt, ice dispenser broke on new refrigerator purchased (1/31/18). Scheduled repair for Thur. 6/7/18 1-5 pm. Rec’d call from Sears that evening stating due to a scheduling error we have to reschedule for Fri. 6/8/18 between 1-5 pm. I was home all day today Fri 6/8/18 with my daughter & granddaughter the technician never called or came to my home. When I called Sears @ 1-800-4-MY-HOME the lady said the Tech canceled the appt because no one was home. I even took the phone with me to water the front yard grass and the tech NEVER called or came to my home. Now I have to wait for the next available appt which is until next Thurs 6/14/18 to have my new refrigerator repaired because of the technician. I am livid and could not even speak to someone in Calif. could only talk to schedulers from Texas & Columbia. This is the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!
