We had Innovative install bamboo flooring on our entire first level 6 years ago and they did a fabulous job.Within the last few months a few mysterious light spots appeared on a few boards.Rich took a look and sent his worker over to replace at no cost to us.This is what great customer service is all about and why we will definitely use them again for future projects.They stand by their work and product.Great company!Barb & Carl Giammarese

Recently Innovative Wood Floors finished a project at my home that included installing oak flooring in the kitchen, hallway, dining and living rooms. This included the demo and removal of the previous flooring (laminate and carpet) Innovative did a stellar job...we are very happy with the final outcome (on-time) and would recommend them for similar jobs.
