Ordered a classy and reasonably-priced book cart for my room from these folks. They were friendly and helpful when I contacted them at the last minute requesting a change to my order (annoying of me, I know!). The cart seems sturdy and I look forward to no longer having to dig through vertical piles of books for what I need.

I wish I can give this store a negative star because the owner is very dishonest and rude. my whole experience is like a scam. I wish everybody read my review first before you decide to make purchase from him. I want to buy tile from him and he said he prefer payment by zelle and gave me a phone number I can send payment to. And I did, when I picked up the tile, he said he didnt receive the payment, I showed him the text message which contains the phone number linked with his zelle and my payment screenshot, he said he by mistake sent me wrong number so I cant give me the tile... I asked him what to do, it is his mistake that I sent payment to a stranger, he said nothing he can do, I have to talk to the stranger to get money back, of course, that stranger refused to send money back .. it is a scam, I will never do business again with a person who is dishonest. I saved all the screenshot of the message from him.

Be careful with this owner, he will ask you to pay by zelle because credit card will charge fee, and then tell you somehow he didn’t receive any payment or the zelle didn’t go through, you will be asked to pay by credit card, couple of days later, the zelle payment went through On your account and also the credit card, if you want to contact the owner to get money back, good luck! It is a scam.

Do not order from this company! They did not advertise the logo properly. I asked for a refund and they only concern was they cannot sell the product not providing the rightful product. They are a rip off.

Apparently they cancelled it and now won’t respond and have yet to send my item or issue a refund.Update- after review they have reached out to issue refund.Update 8-1-19- still no refund received although they said it was sent through on 7-26.Update finally received refund.

Although they responded to this review THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ANYTHING YET!!!! (Finally...Received a refund after 2 weeks!! But also claimed they had refunded and sent a screen shot of their desk top of my invoice with refund circled on it, but indicator that refund was given, was off!!! If i did not know the program they use, one could think trend given but was not!!) & THEY WANTED THIS REVIEW REMOVED BEFORE THEY GAVE A REFUND!!! ??? WHEN THERE WERE FALSE/FRAUD CHARGES ON THE CREDIT CARD USED & ONLY USE TO BUY FROM THEM!!!! --- DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I placed an order and the invoice had no company name but NEW SHOPIFY STORE. The tracking # was bogus. When I inquired about the tracking # I was sent an unexpected PayPal request for $25 shipping... when I inquired about that, they said they would wave it. After a few days I inquired about delivery arrival, and they said they not ship it until I paid the PayPal bill that they said they waved... i click the link attached to do so & it is now for over $150!!! Prices seem low until they ding you later. This place is SHADY! Like steal your info, use your credit shady!!

Holes in roof will soak all your stuff in storage and owner doesnt care and it also smells wierd and makes what ever you have stored smell so bad to the point of throwing it out . worst place ever, somone needs to demolish that building. they should start paying the customers to store there
