If you need it fast get it on will call and pick up. In and out in under 2 mins. Hard to beat the service.

I want to praise this Grainger location for its service and inventory. The original electric motor on my 70 year old furnace failed on me with the Chicago winter raging outside. I tried local HVAC part distribution centers, but none of them had a replacement available. Then I called the Grainger number and the customer service person pinpointed this Downers Grove location as the only one in the area that had a matching motor. The service was swift and excellent. Without them I would have been in a world of trouble. THANK YOU!

I needed two faucet cartridges and I ordered them online, pickup was easy. I noticed a problem with one cartridge after returning home and was able to bring it back and swap it out no problem.

This review is not about their products they do you have a wonderful products and the customer support here is pretty good, the reason why I’m giving this place a one star review is because you close every day at 3 PM which is very early considering the business that you guys are in and who would need to stop by and grab suppliesBasically I don’t feel the hours have any of the customers interest or other businesses in mind I understand the pandemic but every day to close at three and not even have one or two late days is kind of unacceptable

I needed some toggle switches. And last time i got a fan motor. This place has it all. great service. Nice people. prices are a little high. fast and easy ordering.
