Hopkins Enterprises is truly a family-run business! They have their tenants best interest at heart and treat everybody like they are family. They are responsive, from the time you reach out to inquire about a rental until your move-in and tenancy. They quickly address maintenance issues and perform the repairs in a timely manner while being respectful of your living space. On top of that, they are very flexible and accommodating. You dont find that quality with many landlords these days.

I have rented from Hopkins Enterprises for over 15 years! They have been so good in making sure all was going well with my business rental. I also rented an apartment from them which was clean and up to date if I ever had a problem they would be there right away and take care of to. Whenever I call the office they are pleasant and want to know exactly how they can help. I highly recommend doing business with them, they are all really great!!

Technically five stars but always leave room for improvement... Great place to call home!. Clean, modern rental and the Hopkins Team is always quick to respond when issues arise.

Im so happy with my decision to rent office space from Hopkins Enterprises that I felt inspired to write a review! A friend of mine who rents from Hopkins recommended that I check out their options for office space. Their Office Manager was professional, friendly and informative. She gave me a tour of the entire building and showed me the available office spaces. I noticed that the building was very clean, quiet and had the accommodations I needed (i.e. conference rooms, kitchenettes, etc). I love my office space, the rent is competitive and the lease was flexible -- all important things for a new business owner! The team at Hopkins has also been responsive to any needs/issues and provides strong communication to the tenant base. The big bonus though is the variety of tenants who also rent in this building. Meeting other business owners has been an incredible networking opportunity! From financial advisors, handyman services, health and wellness professionals... the list goes on. I have received client referrals from some of these people and vice versa. Finally, in my time renting at Hopkins, Ive learned that it is a family owned and operated business who also maintain office space in the building. It has been a pleasure to get to know the family and that they truly care about the success of their tenants. Highly recommend renting from Hopkins Enterprises!!

I was a tenant at their property on First street from 2018-2020. The property was always well-maintained and communication between tenants and property managers was always prompt. I loved living there and wish I could have lived there longer!

Lived in an apartment rented out by Hopkins for 3 years and had a very positive experience. Grounds were always kept up, plowing for every snow storm and maintenance was consistent and easy to get a hold of. Would rent again with Hopkins in the future and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to rent.

Slumlord that charges too much

I have been renting my small studio apartment from this company for over a year and a half, and hands down they are the BEST landlord I have ever had. They are always accommodating, friendly and responsive - whether it be email or phone.The only reason why Im moving out is because Im moving to AZ for my job, otherwise I would continue to stay with them!

Hopkins enterprises will set an appointment up for a rental with you, lease it to someone else, not cancel the appointment, allow you to drive in a blizzard to wait for your showing, never arrive or call or pick up the phone. After calling once every day after the supposed showing on day four someone actually answered the phone to explain it had been rented, then have the nerve to email you two weeks later explaining it’s been rented again and actually call you a day afterwards to tell you they rented it and weren’t a sure if you got the email they sent two weeks too late. Apartment hunting is hard enough without getting the runaround, in all my hunting I’m astonished an actual office has been the most inconsiderate and unprofessional, glad I didn’t end up renting from them, terrible business, never in the office, can’t imagine their time management skills if I needed a pipe fixed or something. No thanks.

If you as if a time is ok for a showing, they’ll put you in without responding, and call you the minute you’re late. It seems as if their office is open once a week for a half hour period because no one answers the phone or calls you back. They’re rude, unprofessional, and will waste your time

The properties they rent are old and run down, things are constantly breaking and/or falling apart. When you request maintenance to be done on the things that break, they say they will come fix it and never do. Then at the end of your lease they will try to pin the damages on you to get out of paying for the fixes out of pocket. When you call the office to try to talk to anyone involved in the business the phone just rings and rings and no one ever answers, even if there is someone sitting at the desk (which is rare. I have go into the office in person multiple times and there is no one sitting at the front desk). I lived in one of their properties from 2013-2014. I highly recommend not renting from them.

Ive been renting an office with Hopkins for almost three years. This is by far the best deal on office space in town, and I plan to stay for the foreseeable future.

Inattentive, manulitive slum lords that do not care about their properties or residents. Bed bug infestations. Beware.
