From the very first call to The Bug Guy I knew I found the right place! Kathy was so friendly and explained everything to me in great detail. I had a huge wasp nest in my back yard. They said we will treat the entire nest for $195. He comes out and a 3 days later we find out he missed half the nest. We called them to come back out and now they want another $125.

As always, the Bug Guys technician was prompt and professional. Their system kept everybody up to date about arrival times, treatment being done and completion time. I use them exclusively for my business and personal purposes.

I used to live in Dover and still have my rental property there, when the renters called and said they had an ant problem The Bug Guy was the only one I would call to get it taken care of fast and done right the first time. When I called the scheduled an appointment the next day, sent a text confirming it, then again when they where on there way. Ralph came in looked around and sprayed all the areas inside and outside taking care of the ants and any other bugs. Great job definitely 5 stars ⭐️ 👍👍

In early April, we noticed tiny little red specs crawling on several of our window ledges. Found out they were Clover Mites. Since we are new to Delaware, we didnt know who to call to have them exterminated, so I searched online and found The Bug Guy. I read the information that was included with Owner Ralph Taylors picture. I really liked the fact that his business is family owned and operated and that they have an outstanding rating with the Better Business Bureau.Since it was after hours and too late to call, I emailed them and received a response from Maureen first thing the next morning. When I called to schedule an appointment, Maureen is the lady who answered the phone. She scheduled us for April 19 and also emailed us a list of their services and fees. On April 19, two of their staff came to our home; one man sprayed around the baseboards on the inside of our house and the other man, who was training that day, sprayed around the outside of our house. The whole process was explained to us before they began. Both men were nice and very professional.Approximately one week later, the mites were still wreaking havoc and I was getting very concerned so I called The Bug Guy again and spoke to Jeanne and explained our dilemma. Jeanne scheduled us for that Friday with Owner Ralph Taylor.When Mr. Taylor arrived, he was down-to-earth, kind and very professional. He let us know immediately how concerned he was about our problem. Mr. Taylor assured us he would do whatever he could to resolve the problem. He then went out to his vehicle, gathered all the necessary equipment and chemicals and began spraying around the entire foundation of our house, as well as the siding and all the first level window frames. He was extremely thorough and wanted to make sure we received the highest level quality of service for the money we previously paid. Mr. Taylor did not charge us for the follow-up treatment.We are very happy to report that the Clover Mites finally disappeared. We set up a monthly treatment plan with The Bug Guy to keep these mites away and, hopefully, for good.Mr. Taylor, Bill and I sincerely appreciate you and your staff coming to our rescue and efficiently taking care of the Mite problem. FYI, we recently told some of our neghbors about our Clover Mite situation and recommended your company to them just in case. MANY THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!
