I had An appointment with Eric for a nail fill, and brought a reference picture for the design I wanted. It was a pretty simple design (nude base with 2 colorful lines across nail). Eric went back and forth between me and another client, so the nail fill took twice as long as it should (I was there for over an hour and a half, which for a fill is very long). When he finished the design I showed him, the lines were messy and didn’t resemble the image. The only reason he gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because when I told him the nails didn’t resemble the picture, he buzzed off the lines and I left with just the nude base color.

I have been going here for a little over three years and I wouldnt go anywhere else, the environment is amazing and the quality Is always out standing. the colors are always updating for new things to try and they are always open to new nails designs and lengths.

Today I went there to get my nails filled the women doing my nails was more focused on everything else around her also she kept texting. So rude she bearly said to words to me which made it extremely awkward I will not be returning

My daughter and her friend got their nails done and the nail art looked absolutely nothing like what my daughter wanted . The marble was not even the right color. My daughter also clearly had no nails to begin with and they cut them to the point of being very painful. Personally I have never seen such poor quality from a professional place until now. Then when we confronted the guy about it he said thats what she wanted that she told him to cut her nails which she didnt. My daughter came home crying her eyes out. NEVER AGAIN!!

My daughter and I went here today. Super friendly nail artist. Reasonable prices.Eric did my nails exactly they way I wanted them done. Which rarely happens in other salons they always talk you into something different. I highly recommend going their. Im in love with my new nails

My fiancée and I went for a 12pm appointment that had been approved through the owner, which went terribly. They had walk ins and other appointments who they bounced to and from, and didn’t help myself until 12:50. They cut 6 of my fingers near the cuticle to the point where they were bleeding, and my ring finger is incredibly irritated. My fiancée asked for almond shape nails and gave her cat claws. She had also requested dip, which they did not do. She wanted it on her natural nails and instead gave her acrylics. We spent over an hour and a half on something that should have taken no more than 40 minutes. My nails were filed far shorter than I wanted them to be and they didn’t listen to a word we said. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. If anyone knows where we can get my fiancées nails removed, please let me know… not worth the $. Oh, and did I mention the lack of hygiene? The place is not clean, there are nails all over the place from previous appointments, and the protective plastic is super dirty. I won’t be surprised if I get an infection.. Rarely will I ever say anything poor about a company, but this was just ridiculous. Would love my money back.

This is the second time my mom and I came to get our nails done here. All the ladies are so sweet and caring they will do anything you ask, and won’t make a move until they’ve confirmed with you that it’s what you want (whether round, square, shorter, longer, more coats of polish, etc.) sometimes communication can be tricky but they all do try their very hardest to listen and understand snd ask questions. If you don’t like something they will redo it no problem. There is a younger girl who will help translate to make sure you’re getting everything you’ve asked of them! My mom loves coming here for her nail art stamps and they are quick and efficient. They definitely hustle to make sure you are happy with your services. Prices are standard. Will keep returning!

Not worth the money for a gel nail manicure. Staff member filed my nails awfully and they started to rip and the gel polish was clumpy on many of my nails.Overall unhappy.

Me and my sisters had appointments for 5:30. We didn’t get in our chairs until after 6. The ladies who did mine and one of my sisters pedicures were not friendly. Did not speak to us once and rushed. Our nails came out chunky looking. We were literally told to get out the chair 10 minutes prior to them closing and our toes were not even dry yet. The male owner was super friendly and nice but his workers were not as pleasant.

Great pedicures, great people, and great prices! Loved coming here while in Dover. Called for an appointment and they were able to book me immediately, no waiting! My tech took very good care of me and did a fabulous job on my feet. It was quick and done very well. Probably one of the best pedicures Ive had done. My nails looks phenomenal. You get a great price for the pedicure as well. Amazing! Love this place and will return when visiting Dover.

Ive been searching for a nail salon I actually like for a while now. After a few misses, I decided to give pro nails a try. Ive seen 3 different nail techs for pedicures and dip manicures, the last 2 dip manicures have been . I always enjoy my time here and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Scheduling an appointment convenient for me is easy. Im always treated with respect when I call or come in. It is very clean inside and all the nail techs are friendly. My dip nails have lasted 3 weeks every time! Thats impressive to me because I can be pretty rough on my nails generally. Im also impressed with the massage I receive during my pedicure, as the last nail salon I went to before coming here, I got absolutely no massage. Im really happy to have found a place I love! I definitely recommend them to all my friends.🐲🌲🙃🌳🌳

This is the best nail salon in Dover! The owner took the time to personally introduce himself. Wow, now thats customer service to the tenth degree. My girlfriend and I received excellent pedicures. Sat me down right away, came to me about 5 min later, was more interested in the people walking by and the phone then me. There was another worker quite capable of getting calls but she didnt. Dremel was used way to much on my nails and even left some old polish on and just went over it. Not professional, Ill spend my money looking for someplace else

Slow service, asked for round nails got square. Did not stay for them to paint my nails. Online price for basic manicure/pedicure was $25.00 with a $5.00 COVID charge. They charged me $40.00.

I think this nail salon is one of the best places i have been. Theres only one woman who speaks English, a few of the men do speak English also. The women took her time, i didnt feel rushed like all of the other places ive been. Also the price is decent. I would highly recommend Pro Nails.

Went in and got my toes and nails just painted and my cousin got hers painted and it was 115$ thats ridiculous. I could have gotten my nails done at my normal spot 3 times for that price. I wi never go there again!

They did my nails well but only after telling me I couldn’t have shellac and they needed to do acrylic because of what I ask asking for. I saw one woman waiting to be worked on for an hour or more after they had taken only half her nail polish off. The male who does the nails is the best artist the others are still learning from him. If I go again I’m going to ask for him.

I made an appointment for 10 am for the dip. They sat me down right away but not even 5 minutes later a women came in who was clearly a regular. The women who was working on my nails stopped what she was doing right away to help this other women (she did NOT have an appointment btw) I sat with nail polish remover on my hands for 45 minutes before she got back to me. Terrible Service!!!! And.. not even 3 days after getting them done 3 of my nails chipped and the clear coat is coming off. Never going back

I went in panicking because I broke a couple of my natural nails back really far. I am so happy with the results. Two of my nails needed a repair and it was done at no charge with my gel manicure! Beautiful nails at a great price. I will definitely be a return customer.

When I first got to the salon for a dip manicure I got seated right away. The manicure went well until the manicurist started rushing through the manicure, cut my nails too short & started scraping my fingers. When I mentioned that it started hurting they didn’t really acknowledge what I said and kept going. I walked out of the salon with a decent polish job (at least on my left hand) but 4 stinging fingers from being cut. As a result of this, this was my first time going to Pro Nails but unfortunately will be my last.

After a few weeks of working with my feet in pain, I finally stepped outside my comfort zone and decided to get a pedicure. I did not have an appointment. Since every seat was empty, for the exception of a customer having her nails done, I assumed this was going to be pretty easy. After waiting 5 minutes, I was finally acknowledged and told to come back another day. I was there at noon, posted hours were till 3pm. Way to make a fella feel welcome!

Looking for a new salon. I ALWAYS look at reviews first. It is clear to me that someone who works here or is affiliated with the owners is writing some reviews with the last name Nguyen.. I think that is spelled right.. Learn how to spell !! I WILL NOT be going to this salon because of the dishonesty and if you cannot spell you have no business doing my nails!

Went a couple of times and had a good experience. Then the next few times I tried to go they were closed hours before their posted time. If they cant be reliable there is no need to try again. Plenty of other salons in the area who keep to their posted hours.

Terrible service! The lady doing my nails told me it would be $30 for a full set and then when her manager came in she charged me $40? I came in telling her I only had 30 in cash too. So I had to pay 10 on my card for no reason. Also really bad job on my nails. SO even my pinky finger is so long and the rest are short...

Very bad job, I felt like they were rushing and kept switching between people. My nails are so thick they feel like bricks on my hands. The tips for the acrylics arent even close to the right size and are too small for most of my nails and look stupid. The nail Polish is uneven. Absolutely a waste of money and if you go youre wasting your time, youd be better off having a 2 year old paint your nails.

I hated it. Never going back ever. Hands and feet still hurt from the cuticle cutting that was very deep I told them it hurt but they like they didnt care. The ridges on my friends nails werent buffed out at all the corners of my nails were so sharp I nearly cut my boyfriend when I got home. Waste of good money for crappy service

They say walk ins welcome...went in for mani -pedi....had glitter gel on toenails...the tech was very rough and beside herself in attempting to remove. I got up and left with polish half off. If they cant handle walk ins or a service...DO NOT OFFER...will never return....by the way this was not my first time there either

Got acrylic nails done for an engagement photo shoot. Thankfully my photographer is a Photoshop wizard and can make the nails look they way they should, not the hot mess they are. Total waste of money for crappy service and I will never go back.
