Not a good experience at all. I had a 3:40 appt. I was on time. The man to help me was on a business call collecting personal data from a new client on speaker phone so I waited in the lobby and could hear everything. 30 min. go by and he shows no indication of hanging up with the client. Thank goodness the client requested to hang up and do a walk in to finish up later. Im finally called and he tries to make small talk asking why I made my appt. at 3:40 - Because I kept my answers to a minimum he had the audacity to say , Im getting on HIS nerves because I was irritated, not talkative and wanting to leave. He said rudely he just wanted to hurry up to get me out of there! At least I finally got my business done!!! Very bad experience.
