Good service but a bit on the pricey side
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dry cleaners. I needed a new zipper on a pair of black slacks. My husband brought them in on Wednesday and the lady told him she would have it done by Friday. It would cost $18. I thought that was a little too high for a zipper but whatever. It would be done and I would have work pants. Come Friday, she said she had it done and yet she looked through her pile of clothes and what did she find? My pants not even worked on. My husband told her I needed them by Friday and yet they werent done! Today, Tuesday, (After Labor Day) my husband goes in to pick up my pants and asked the lady since he had to wait a lot longer could he get a discount. The lady was not willing to cooperate. First of all, $18 is ridiculous to fix a lousy zipper. I could have probably googled it and done it myself had I known I would have to experience horrible customer service. Second of all, she said it would be ready by a certain day and it wasnt!! NOT PROFESSIONAL!! I would NEVER Recommend them to anyone nor will I be going back to them AT ALL!
Always had great luck here. I take my work shirts in every other week... Never had any issues. I drive from Harrington to go here too. Very friendly as well.
I think they are too expensive. I stopped taking my shirts there because my stuff wasnt ready the next day and I didnt feel the money was worth paying for. If you tell me that my shirts will be ready in the morning, then it should be ready. If not, call me before I come. At least some common courtesy.
Expensive and very ordinary
