Loved my haircut, wanted it touched up a few days later as my hair didnt sit the way we thought it would, and the manager touched it up for free. Had great conversations both times and will definitely be going back! My hair went from 18 to 4 long!

Ive been bringing my six year old son here for a few years. The haircuts are affordable and hes never had a bad cut here. The hair dressers are kind and work well with kids. My own haircuts Ive had here were good in the past as well.

I went in for hair highlights (burgundy highlights) and I had shown several pictures to the stylist (Kaylie) about what I exactly wanted. And she was very confident that it is achievable but after 2 bleaches and 4.5 hours, what I got was a brassy orange color that looks awful. And then she said that what your hairs need to get that color is a fashion color and we dont carry that, and you should go to an another stylist. And I had a big party the next day, they didnt even gave me any style, just partially blow dried my hair, and charged me full amount for it ($160 plus tip). Next day I called in to talk to their Manager (Allison) and she was extremely rude and wasnt even sorry for what they did, neither offered me any complementary service or a redo of a color which any other salon would generally offer.At least they could have mentioned that they dont carry fashion color, and I might need it. Or atleast should have charged me less since I didnt get what I wanted. Please dont waste your money and stay away from this place.

Extremely rude when I called for an appointment, was told that I dont care about their employees because I called in the middle of the week for a Friday appointment of a holiday weekend which was good Friday weekend 2021. I wanted highlights and a simple cut and a simple NO from the very rude woman that answered the phone would have been a better answer than telling me I dont care about other people.

I highly recommend getting your hair done here. Nina is great with my kids and always gives them a fresh stylish look. My daughter is super picky with her hair and is always happy with the outcome, and my 1 year old little man always gets compliments on his hair. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Always LOVE Supercuts!! All the times Ive been there I have loved my cut 9 out of 10 times. Other times, its OK but they always tell you if you dont like it the next day theyll fix it for you. I have done that once - they didnt take off enough. I like to get the name of a stylist that does a great job and then ask for her the next time.

My first experience was fine when I went in tonight to get my haircut I waited while two people that walked in after me got called up before me and as far as I know they didnt take appointments so I got up and left your loss I wont be back

Our hairdresser was very experienced however the childs haircut was only a dollar less than a adult.

The people are friendly and the cuts are ok. What I dont like is the fact that you never get the same hairdresser twice. Everytime I go, about every 2-3 months, there are different hairdressers. Therefore, they dont know how you like your hair to look. Anytime I get a cut I really like, that person is never there again.

I brought my daughter in for a cut and blow dry this morning. The hairdresser sprayed her with a water bottle, trimmed her hair unevenly and didn’t blow it dry. We are now having it fixed and a hairdresser who likes her job!

The team at Dover Supercuts are excellent! I went in last week and the hair stylist (Britney I believe) did exactly what I was asking for. I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was and I was very satisified with my hair cut. I will definitely be returning here next time I need a hair cut!

Im giving this 4 stars because the hair dressers were great. So nice to my kids. The manager (pink hair, pink eyebrows) SO rude. Argued with me about what I asked for and then treated me like I was an idiot. She was totally unprofessional and unfriendly.

Place loves to tell you only a 15min wait but ends up being a hour. Been waiting so long Im surprised they have not asked me for rent.

Took my elderly mom was charged $35 really? WTF couldn’t complain and upset her. Disappointed they did not listen to our request initially and took so long.

Staff is always nice. It is a super cuts so it can be a crapshoot if you are going to get a very good haircut or just an ok one. I have never gotten a bad haircut here, I just count it as a bonus if it comes out really good. There is usually a wait so I recommend calling or using the app to put your name in.

Hair cut place some of the best

Told stylist (Susan) 5 times, that I wanted a layered haircut. She gave me this stupid bob cut. Told her I didnt like it, and she couldnt even fix it. Said she couldnt do it and had a bad attitude, so now Im going elsewhere to get my layers done. Would never go there again, and would not recommend this place to others.

Quick haircut, in a convenient location. Never been disappointed.

I have the best female mullet in all of Dover, and I got it at SuperCuts. This location does not schedule appointments- the wait time is approximately half an hour, even with calling-in an hour ahead. Not the place to get a trim on your lunch break but if you have the time to spare, SuperCuts will make you look fresh for less. I will most likely return here when the mullet needs a re-coiffing.

Would not recommend going here, both sides of my hair ended up completely different and very noticeable that they were very uneven.

Was very awkward. Went in there for a trim and it took a good 45 minutes. The women said shed been there for 5 years...Didnt seem like it.....AT ALL.....Will not be returning there.

Really rude people working there, I opened the door and a lady told me to close the door and go outside, that was it, CLOSED THE DOOR AND GO OUTSIDE , I was really unhappy and of course I didnt get my hair done.

I asked the lady to cut my hair the way it was in a picture (thats the way another lady who worked there had cut it and i loved it). I get african american hair is a bit harder to do but she completely messed up the line I asked for even after I told her how I wanted it to look by drawing the line with my finger through my hair. If I ever go there again Im making an appointment for the girl I had originally. Overall its a nice place but for everyone with ethic hair id go somewhere else.

Sat for more than 20 minutes, I was the only person in the waiting area. 1 stylist done and I was asked to wait ten minutes more. Never going back. I work with the Dover PD and needed this cut. That will teach me to wait until the last minute.

Checked in using app for 1:30 came at 1:10 its 1:45 here and they havent seen me yet . I checked in at 12:30 online , this place is a joke , haircuts are ok but the quality differs from person to person and the wait is too long
