Highly disappointed with yesterdays purchase. When picking up my sons 6th birthday order one of the balloons was already deflated and the lady asked if I mind - I did mind, especially since I was charged over $7 extra for the helium even though the confetti balloons were purchased at their store, so they had to replace it.Within hours after leaving the store they began to deflate.

My daughter and I stopped by to purchase her birthday balloons. Employees were too busy talking amongst themselves and spent 45 minutes waiting. The Cobb location is more efficient and will start taking my business there.

Bare. The staff were less than enthusiastic to be there. I had to greet the cashier and when she handed me the bag I said thanks... nothing. So...this is why people prefer online shopping, actually have selection and no interaction with people that act like youre bothering them.

Its sad when spend over $25 dollars for balloons and within an hour they are deflated, you can get better balloons at dollar tree. Party city just need to shut down at this point.

If you have questions that are ready to answer it most of the time. They know exactly what aisle things are on. And most of the time they know the exact price of things. I have not had any problems. With some help we found everything For my babys first birthday. And we found some cool masks

First off they reorganized the whole store and OMG!!what an amazing difference it makes for shopping! So clean and easy to find anything you need. And the staff are very friendly and helpful!!

The man working there was very nice,and he helped me find the right dress shoes for my wedding tomorrow

Party City was another event were we did their inventory. The inventory went well and the employees there were very polite courteous and professional.

This 1 star is for service.After spending 15 minutes in line. We were asked to step aside while someone from the back brought out costumes. Then we were asked to get to the back of the SAME line and wait to check out. After another 15 minutes of waiting, we left without purchasing anything.For the first 15 minutes there was only 1 employee. Eventually, a 2nd employee came out to open a second register.

I understand it was Halloween but everyone doesnt do scary stuff. The things at the front of the store was scary. I cam into the store to buy a costume for my 4 year old.

Fat more balloons and decorations than I expected. We purchased a few Helium balloons and decorations.

The store at this location doesnt have what it use to have. Seem that they have reduced their merchandise/overhead.

I stopped to pick up some balloons for my daughter for her graduation. One of the balloons was not holding the helium and they made a suggestion of a balloon that would possibly work for her graduation. Thank you for your help. She loved it!

Terrible experience very twice this week! Came back today hoping they had their stock put up. After waiting 10 minutes in line. They still didn’t have their stock put up. Bought the other items and the.n they couldn’t give me a receipt!!!! They are awful

Good place for any type of party

They have nearly everything you could need for parties or mascarade. The store was pretty clean and well organized. The staff could have been a little more helpful and professional, but they were competent enough.

I would like to thank maya personally for helping me with my ballon purchase earlier , especially during these unfortunate times we are going through she still has wonderful customer service skills and that means a lot !!!

Had a great variety. Customer service was very helpful. Couldnt find exactly what I was looking for. But if you need really nice decorations This Is The Place To Go. Price point can be a little steep but compared to some other places is not that bad.

Second visit months apart and both times didnt get greeted upon arrival. Customer service is an intricate part of the shopping experience. Products galore so that wasnt a problem. The second visit I stood eaiting at the balloon listening as two employees had a conversation an slowly made their way to take my order.

They were very busy on the 4th of July but even with the big orders they had everyone was still friendly and helpful.

Honestly one of the best Party City stores I’ve come across from April 2020 to May 2020 as there were many events and expectations.Only in the store for a few moments as to potentially not expose myself to the pandemic, I was still able to be awestruck by the kindness of the employees and stocked up merchandise on display.

I definitely recommend this location. Staff was friendly especially Tristen who has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time since starting these reviews! Thank you so much for all your help! To all who go in here for sure if you need anything he is one I recommend seeking. This location was orderly, signs up, clean, unisex bathroom that is clean, good clearance area in the back, several employees in the store at the time and each offered assistance if needed, etc. This location is in a great location with a ton of stores surrounding it. I have always been a fan of this store in itself so seeing it when I was in the area seeing what else was around, I had to check it out! If you havent been to this location I would say for sure stop in if you are looking for party supplies, candy,etc. Thank you for reading!

The people are always friendly, the store is clean but the line is always long and you can never get out fast.

Very low inventory

They have almost any party supplies you would need. But make sure you need any holiday supplies you get because after the holiday you cant return anything even if its not opened. Other than that it is a great place for all party supplies.

I love Party City just not this one….This was my first Purchase at this location.. It took 3 attempts to cancel my order….This last time I was told to call corporate to cancel… Corporate Really???? Why cant a manager cancel the order...

Good selection but employees acted annoyed that I was there 30 minutes before closing. I dropped $100 on balloons for my sons party but they acted completely put out to be doing the order for me. 2 of my star balloons were not even filled but about 60%. Very disappointed and the ladies kept skimming the aisles reminding me they closed in 15, 10 minutes and so on. I know when the closed and flat pressured to leave early.

Great customer service. The store is well maintained & has a huge selection of party stuff. And if theres anything you want that isnt in stock, you can order it at the kiosk inside & get it shipped for free.

I guess it depends on who is working on which day you visit. I visited party city around 1130 today. The 2 associates where busy. So I seen where I needed to go and went down that isle. I looked for a brief moment didnt see what I needed so I used the restroom (which was horrible) and then proceeded to look again for this cello wrap. I could not find it so I went to the front and First I had to wait until the girl was done talking about her non work related conversation before I could ask where this cello wrap is. Instead of 1 of the 2 employees showing me where it was. They told me its at the very end of the isle so I walk down the Isle AGAIN to find it myself. I hare poor customer service. I live down the street but I will drive to another location

I bought a costume along with a wig. Even though I have not worn the wig, I cannot exchange nor return it. You really need to have competent people explain your rules or post it. I am now out 22.00 for said wig that is not accurate for costume. Very sad!!

If you have any thought that you might need to return something that is seasonal, then I would not shop here. I purchased a costume the other day for my daughter and she ended up not going to the halloween party. I just tried to return it and the party napkins with the receipt and they would not give a refund, only an exchange. I will not be a customer of theirs in the future. If you have the receipt, you should get a refund, especially when its been less than a week.

Other was busy the day before Halloween. But Loz and Genna helped my son and I out to the fullest. We dont usually go to party City for costumes, so we didnt know to go to the very back to grab what he wanted. We waited in line for the cashier for nearly 30 minutes only to find out that we had to go to the back. BTW, they were out of what he wanted and Genna helped find something similar for my kid and they put us back in the front to be serviced. These two ladies went above and beyond. Had they not done that, I wouldnt have waited in line to get the costume for my kid a 2nd time. Thanks ladies.

Luv this location best in my opinion cuz Ive been to quite a lot of Party Cities in GA and am so glad I found this one. We bought some balloon for my nieces birthday. We came in another time for Halloween costumes and got a great deal even bought some items that we didnt know we needed for our Halloween party!! B-)

Great place for pacific party decorations. Staff need to learn to cater to clientele even while their are in line, and not have personal conversation with each other. Or about who you went to school with.

The selection here is good, but they can be pretty expensive.. before you know it youve racked up $115 bill for a basic Hello Kitty birthday party.. and I didnt even get all of the matching decorations! 😂😣 But, they do have the largest selection of party items in many many different themes, for all occasions, etc. This location has a few good employees who seem to care and want to help.. then there was the cashier I had the other day. This guy really seemed to hate his job and definitely didnt want to be there. He did go through the general motions of being polite with his words, but his face and tone gave it all away. He seemed very annoyed that my 1 year old daughter was crying. 🙄 We were just trying to check out and get out of there!

The people that work here are sweet, but they are so understaffed. They have 2 people doing balloons and checkout on a busy Saturday. As in 2 people working, total. I feel bad for these poor employees. They need help!

I like Party City as a franchise but the one in Douglasville is a little small compared to some of the Party City stores Ive been in. Like the one that was by my house in Denver was HUGE. They have a decent selection here, though, for their size.

We wanted to get balloons for her birthday and they could not find the one she wanted because the balloons wre in the wrong place. The employee acted like he did not want to help us.

They dont have alot of costumes for plus size people. Everything must be in Hong Kong size.

The staff was very helpful and polite and I was able to get everything I needed for my sons birthday party. The prices are a bit high, but you get the convenience of everything being in one place.

My niece was shopping there and she slipped and fell on a sign that was left on the floor. Noone no employee or management bothered helping her, they went by picked up the sign and continued with their stocking of the shelves. There was clutter and boxes everywhere and my niece had to call the ambulance and her husband from the store as she contuedco laying there in pain. She suffered a stroke and the main artery in her neck was severed. Its sad that noone bothered helping her. Lawsuit of course in the making!
