Theyve been handling my ferrets and exotic pets for a few years now. I absolutely love them and Lori is always kind and on point when it comes to care. She even noticed the people who were making my pet nose necklace attempted to draw what my pet nose should look like. Sage was an angora ferret which meant her nose didnt look like a normal ferret nose. I am so glad Lori caught this and got it fixed quickly. Thank you so much for all the love and care you put into my animals even though they are no longer with me physically

This is my second time having my beloved fur baby lil man (cat) cremated. First time was a few years ago for my daughters cat, Sweetie. Both times very professional and caring. Will use again when and if the time comes.

Never ever have we been treated with such disrespect. My fiancé went to pick up our cat earlier, it took the woman 10 minutes to come to the door then when she did come to the door she cracked the door open and handed my fiancé his cats remains and said thank you and closed the door, the whole time being on the phone.(pretty sure they would’ve held for a moment) My fiancé gets half way home and realizes the woman didn’t hand him our cats blanket. He turned around and went back, the same results... she met him at the door and handed it to him through the crack in the door. I know it’s just a cat to her but she was our family member of 18 years. Most unprofessional and disrespectful treatment to a grieving family that I’ve ever came across. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone EVER!!!
