In short, they get right to the problem and fix it!! None of that working as slow as possible to pad the bill type of shenanigans that other repair shops are guilty of. Hey Villa Rica, you have a good and reasonably priced computer shop conveniently located right down town. Jason Good is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to explain stuff if you are interested.I took a 9 year old laptop in that had been getting progressively worse when it finally failed; and fixing it got beyond my ability. Jason fixed it up and Im happy.Give him a try if you need computer repairs.

Ryan is a very knowledgeable and professional guy. Ultimately my computer wasnt worth repairing but he gave me a full explanation of why that was very understandable. He also offered to give advice when I was ready to purchase a new machine even if it wasnt from them. I really appreciated the customer service. Will definitely recommend in the future!

I heard of Computer Helper through a FaceBook group I am a part of. Ryan was very helpful. He listenes to my issue. Immediately told me the problem, cost and time it would take to fix. I left my laptop overnight because I had to get back to work. He called me to advise there was a slight change in what he would need to do. I really appreciated that. Today, I picked up my laptop and it is working better than new.

From the time I entered the door everyone provided exceptional customer service. Jackson has been nothing but professional and called me within 10 minutes of my leaving to provide an update. Work has not yet been dulky completed, but I am at ease currently based on their communication alone so far. It is a sad time when your computer is sick.

About a month ago, we had an entirely new system installed for our business yesterday. Jackson and David were professional, friendly, and patient with us as we worked to learn the new system and reset every password and every device. Jackson even stayed late to make sure everything worked to our liking and to answer every single question we asked. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company! I highly recommend them!Then yesterday, Jackson came back out to check on our printer and server. After he left around 5:30, we had an issue, and he came back after hours to fix our issue.
