I brought someone there to pick up their vehicle and everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful!

I was initially frustrated with this place because online it said they were 24 hrs but when I came to pickup my car around 8pm they were closed. Only the towing was 24hrs. which makes sense. When I came the next morning there was a caucasian male I didn’t get his name but he was super helpful and informative and he gave excellent advice about my car. He was very patient with me even though I was frustrated and had a bit of an attitude. He also worked with me on storage fees until I could get in touch with my insurance company THANK YOU highly recommend

Wonderful experience! I was told by other companies that I had to be with my vehicle or provide key. Not only was Super Quick towing able to retrieve my vehicle without my presence, they were cheaper than the other companies too! My vehicle was towed within the hour quote time. Fast and professional I will use them any time I an unfortunate enough to need a tow service again.

Single word : unethical. He will aggravate the situation and go after your insurance.

Samantha Cash, Im sorry your bike was stolen. Dixie and Marty Massey are great towing companies. We all tow for the Sheriff of Douglas County.Our rates are just about identical. You would have paid just about the same for getting your bike back from any of us , Super Quick just happened to be on call that week. I have been in the towing business for 50 years, and when somebody gets a vehicle stolen, they get upset at having to pay a tow bill to recover their property. They dont understand the cost involved keeping a towing business open 24/7 to serve the law enforcement. Maybe you need to file charges on the person that took it.

Lie about calling you back for service person answering the phone had rude disrespectful attitude for no reason extremely high priced service not quick at all would not recommended
