I have been with boost going on seven years. And today I realized Felipe is very unethical. He has lied straight to the face, not a blink in his eyes as of lying is a norm to him. He is making Boost look very bad. My family and I are not pleased with his actions. I would not even give it a star, however It wont allow me to post. Allow me to add that if you call the store in Douglas, San Antonio they never answer. and you can not leave a message. And the store is open when he pleases to open.

I would give it 0 but its not available because the guy running the store, Felipe is a zero! I dont get reception down there and he knows it, so he sells me a phone telling me I can use it how I want and with who I want. Only to find out I cannot unlock it for one year. Im not going to be scammed. and he knows I had to switch phone companies a couple of times or I would not have ended up with him, so he sells me a phone thats useless now that theres no reception there for this company. Go scam somebody else loser.

I found that Filipe was a big liar. I have been a Boost customer for many years, but moving to Bisbee AZ we found that one Samsung phone that had worked fine in New York did not connect to the network at all in our new home, and the newer phone had an unreliable connection. We ordered service from another provider. Since we owned both phones for more than 12 months with a Boost account we qualified for unlocking under Boosts unlock policy on their website. Five days ago I called Boost to get the phones unlocked. The man who answered gave me an unlock code for the older phone and said the newer one would be unlocked in 24 to 48 hours as per their policy. On the third day the newer phone was still locked, but thats a different ugly story. The older phone (Galaxy Prevail, with 4GLTE) did not present anywhere to enter the unlock code (which it is supposed to do when you restart with a different carriers SIM card—special Boost software in the way?) so 2 days ago I started calling Boost. I tried calling 7 different times that day because each service representative gave me a different story and I was trying to get at least 2 that were the same before I could believe any of them. For example, one told me the phone would be unlocked within an hour. Another told me that the phone would be unlocked in 24 hours and Boost would call me when it was done (they havent). The last person told me that it would take 2 to 5 business days for them to unlock this phone, while the help desk at our new provider said that when his company unlocks a phone all they have to do is push a button—no waiting needed. So far I think the Boost employees were all telling whatever story had worked for them before, (they were all different) but none of them was telling the actual truth. So we took the phone to Felipes Boost in Douglas. The hours on Google are wrong, they arent open on Sunday. So we went again today and asked Felipe if he could unlock the phone for us. He told the biggest lie from Boost so far: Boost and Sprint can not unlock any of the phones we sell, the manufacturer has to unlock the phone. Wow. This is directly refuted by the unlock policy on the Boost website, its as if he thinks his customers are all illiterate. He repeated the lie even when I told him that I knew better.I had a fine experience with Boost until I needed their customer support. Now I have to say that this is the worst customer service I have had from any company in 20 years, and I cant recommend Boost or Felipe to anyone.
