Disaster central!! Always have to look for employee and cashier is never at the register...very nice people though..i believe theyre short staffed so always doing something.which is good I suppose.

I love the new app. You can scan and shop before you get to the register. The coupons are great too. I purchased 2 huge bottles of dish soap for the price of one.

Would not recommend this Dollar General. This place is a dump and you can barely fit a stroller or cart in isles with all the boxes and stuff in the way. The clearance section especially is very un organized with stuff thrown everywhere.

I find everything I need when I dont feel like going to Walmart. The customer service is exceptional! Rosie is super kind and hard-working!

Everyone from Gm to new employees are the epitome of customer service. Remember something you bought 3mo. ago. Ask about your garden. Never make you feel like you are being a bother by asking a question. And they are just as excited about sales as the customers are. Im so happy you are not closing.

Sarcastic young lady greeted me, asked me for ID (never explained why), only to be told that I had to take my package to a FedEx facility. There arent any in Douglas! Took my package to Zavalas fed ex location. No ID, pleasant and gave me a receipt, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just went to the dollar general and I was really disrespected by the manager there. Her name is Rose she was very rude and racist I will never go there again I would think that general dollar would have someone with more integrity and respect for there customers.

And this store had a bathroom yay!!!even this little store had a bathroom plus water fountains. I like the specials they have , and their clearance items. They always have sodas with good deals too.

This Dollar General, is average, but everything is very messy everywhere every day. A nice little store to grab something that you and that you will not have to go to Food City or Walmart.

My experiences in this place, do not allow me to give them a good grade, for the treatment that two of their workers gave me ... even though I am a diary client, because it is very close to my house. and it does not make sense that I have to drive to the extreme lot of the city where this other store on 5th street is located in that place if they have professional staff and good customer service ...

It is a recently remodeled unit, south corridors are comfortable, all very well arranged and quite stocked with enough indicators to quickly find what you are looking for. They also have bilingual staff
