This is a great gym! First time being there and has the necessary equipment for everything you could think of. Help desk was kind and helpful. The only thing is that it seems a little crowded, nonetheless, one can workout perfectly without bothering or being bothered.

I am new to the Douglas area but I really did enjoy the gym, I have a monthly membership with them now amd was impressed with amounts of machines they had. Only thing is they need more disinfecting wipes around equipment.

Power Zone Gym! The best gym in Douglas. When I lived in Douglas, this gym challenged me. I lost a lot of weight, I had my best work outs, and it kept me in shape. Never have trouble finding a machine; generally filled with nice people

A good gym with lots of equipment. But I wish they had more open space for Olympic lifting and CrossFit style WODs. And I wish they had showers. But I am still a paying member.

Best price in town and so many new equipment.
