To start when they unhooked the trailer they let it roll forward hitting my vehicle. Said they would email a receipt, 4 hours later nothing . Called the local number to be put on hold while representatives are assisting other customers so I drive to the location to find the representative not on the phone sitting behind the counter. Answer the dam phone. Only reason they get 3 stars is the car dolly worked great.

If I could give zero stars ... I would!.. we reserved a truck from the manager Tabitha of this location for 6am.. she sent us to another location..when we got there.. there were no keys!... then we waited for her store to open at 7am... she was rude, condescending and talked down to me!!.. on top of that.. won’t take responsibility for what she did!!.. she then sent us to another location that we were unable to get a truck from as well!.. when we called her.. she referred us to the 1-800 number that no one answers!.. in the end .. we had to cancel the trip!!! Go anywhere but this location!!...the manager.. Tabitha... is horrible!!

I have used this company multiple times. While it usually very busy, I have always gotten the help I needed. In the busiest of times, it may seem short staffed, but who isnt these days?Emily was my favorite, but they all were nice. I will use them again & again as needed.

I don’t understand what’s so hard about answering a phone? Every time I go into this location there’s always about three employees just sitting around not doing anything, why do y’all even have phones if you’re just going to listen to them ring?

Went to get a propane tanked filled at the “7 days a week! Fill your tank” service station. And after ringing the bell twice and no one coming outside I went inside. The lady behind the counter was just ignoring the bell and when I asked to get a tank refilled she laughed and said she was the only person there and wasn’t certified to fill tanks. Don’t offer a service you can’t provide

Tabitha is the worst general manager ever. She had an attitude with the customers because she was overwhelmed with people and she only had 2 people working, her and another guy (sorry tabitha we didnt fix the schedule) for you to have an attitude with us. As she was checking me out ( even though I checked in online) she told me I didnt and still asked me questions like I was lying. So she get everything done inside and it carries to outside. My boyfriend was outside waiting to hook the trailer up and he said she came outside with the same attitude. So as she was putting the trailer on the truck she starts talking about the trailer and 7,500 pounds when I know I put in the system 5,000 pounds. She argued me down that I was lying (just like she did with my ID, told me I didnt upload it) that I put 7,500 pounds in the system. Her and my boyfriend got into it because we have rented from them 4 times the same exact trailer in 2 weeks. 4 times!. In the mist of the argument with her and my boyfriend she told me to leave their property and I told her I would when I get my refund. As shes in the office typing lies in the system and said she will make sure we never rent from uhaul again, I was talking to an elder lady in the office and tabitha kept talking to me I kept asking her to give me my refund so I can leave their property. I called corporate because I guess her being the general manager she think nothing can happen to her. I hope she get fired and never work in customer service again. I will take this situation as far as I can to make sure she get everything she deserves.Signed an angry disabled veteran.

Ed and Dalton were a huge blessing while we were renting a trailer! Very thankful for their customer service and help throughout the process!! Would definitely recommend renting from them.

Javian saves the day. I scheduled the installation of a trailer hitch. At the time of the appointment not all of the ordered parts had been shipped to the location. General Manager Javian explored all options, found a solution, and then oversaw the installation. Without his extra efforts a lot of precious time would have been lost. It all worked out perfectly, & I’m very grateful.

I made a reservation for Saturday morning 7:00 on Wednesday. I paid for the hitch ahead of time. Got a call on Thursday to tell me the they had 2 ppl quite in dothan Al. I told them I needed it for Saturday morning. The guy I talked to on the phone told me to come onthey didnt close until 8:00. I took off work so I could get there for them to put it on for me. and the guy Ed at the Uhaul place told me that he was the only one and he wasnt going to put on the hitch that I paid for. I could understand if I didnt pay for but you already had my money. Not happy and will NEVER us Uhaul again and make sure I tell all my friends about this.

They were kind and unit was clean. Just wish there was more units available.

Charged $42 dollars more than my total cost estimate on a trailer hitch installation. Was told the electrical connection would be mounted , not dangling. Their idea of mounted is to zip tie it to the hitch. Otherwise , everyone was friendly. Probably wont go back for anything else.

The Montgomery Highway needs more customer service representatives. Ive used them 4 times in the last 7 years and they either have the truck there waiting for me ON TIME or upgrade me for the same amount of $$! Great location, great service. . Just needs more help

Theives ! Told my senior citizen mother that they would charge her a certain price. I sat there when mom called to let them know she would be a couple minutes late & she was told it was fine . They assured her she wouldnt be charged another day . She was smiling until they handed her the reciept in which they charged her DOUBLE what they told her when she walked in! Customer service line is as big a joke as the employees in this location . These people are discusting. An attempt to get some furniture before my cancer surgery next week, has now turned into a headache & a credit card dispute. I wouldnt use them if they gave the vehicles out for free. Not to mention after having to pay for the 2nd day, we where not allowed to keep the vehicle for the remainder of the rental period in which we where charged!

Mr. Steve and Mr. Brian were the best of help. Went there about two or three times a month for six months and they help there anything that came my way. Thanks again guys, youre the best.

Had the worst experience ever. I was treated like a drug dealer in off the street and also questioned infront of a room full of customers very rudely and loudly as if I could not afford itby the owner of all people like I was holding him up for a clan meeting. There should be a sign warning African American people to be prepared for the third degree. At the end of the day I would urge any person of color to think twice before supporting this particular franchise because you are donating to Klan owners name is Brian and is the most disgusting human being I have ever met. I will be starting a picket line this weekend because the public definitely needs to know what type of business we are supporting.

This place gave us a 26 ft truck that hadnt been serviced and no maintenance was done. We were headed to Alaska and havent made it because we had oil problems in Quanah, TX, had to get an oil change in Amarillo, and having to spend 2 days in Cortez, CO because the engine was smoking.

My experience with Uhaul for a hitch install has been poor. I made the reservations days ago and and when I arrived they did not have the parts to do my install. I had to drive two hours from Leesburg, GA to Dothan, AL to get there for nothing! Now I am driving two hours home with nothing. Not an apology, not a discount, and not any faith in Uhaul!

The staff was helpful and the van was clean and comfortable to drive. I would recommend this store to others.

I went to get a tow hitch installed and after I picked the car back up I seen that there was alot of marks where the tail light rubbed the car . Just to gave you a idea it looked like a dog jumped on my car . So I went back and the guy that done the work was a big butt hole . And did not want to even come look at what he done . All he would say is to take it but with the boss the next week ....
