We were very disappointed in our rental of chairs. We had coordinated about a month before our event date to reserve about 35 chairs. We called for a follow up about a week prior to confirm. Then on the day of our event they did not show. We had to call to see if they were coming just to find out they forgot about our event. They showed up late with very dirty chairs. The chairs had spiders and webs along with dirt all over them. We asked for padded chairs and a bunch either were missing the padded back or the pads were torn. We had to get bleach and scrubbing pads and spent the next 2 hours cleaning the chairs. When we called to let them know we were disappointed they just came back to pick up the chairs which would of put us out for our event, so we had to keep the chairs since we had no option to go anywhere else in just a couple of hour notice. We are now trying to get a refund or discount but we are not getting any calls back.We would not recommend to use this company for any more of our events.
