They where very nice an careing bout our needs

I dont even give a smudge of the first start but had to choose one star.If you ever want a refund from taxes each year then this is not the place. Sorry low down crooks. Charged 1500 in fees to file and while getting a second look on the ones from the last two this year with a different company they dont file your state and they leave stuff off you will never get your full amount back. They are probably keeping that for themselves they will not stand behind you but thats fine they will know when they pay me back all the fees and everything. Just looking out for everyone else.

Crooks....esspecially the big lady tiffany...they messed up my girlfriends taxes last year and we are just now getting them back this year and get this...she still charged her 1100 for filling fees wirh a smile on her face...dont be decevied people....you have been warned.

This is an organization that actively participates in blatant tax fraud. Several of their preparers have been arrested in the past for fraudulently filing tax returns, diverting refunds into their own bank accounts or onto their own pre-paid debit cards. If you apply for a loan they will file your tax return without your consent using any pay information that you provided at the time of your loan request. They do not disclose the refund amount, the fee amount, or the disbursement method. It has been brought to their attention many times that you cannot file returns using the last pay stub and without signed consent and disclosure forms. Yet they continue to steal refunds every year using these shady business practices. STEER CLEAR! A $200 advance is NOT worth having your entire refund stolen.
