We retained his services to assist with gathering evidence for a federal case. We paid him $6500 retainer and as of today (nearly 2 years later) we have not heard from him again. This individual is a fraud and we would never hire him again.

My personal experience with this guy is an absolute joke. Mr. Robinson is a great talker and promised me he would get the information I requested no matter what or how long it took.If there was any communication, it was because I initiated it. I was never supplied any documentation that his firm performed any surveillance as he was hired to do. I might as well have rolled down the window and thrown out the $4,500.00 that I paid him.I absolutely would not recommend anyone hire him regarding any surveillance involving a divorce case.My divorce has been final for almost a year and I have not heard from Mr. Robinson since the last time I called him and he said, don’t worry your trial will be delayed again and I will have something. Very few men take the time to write reviews. However, after working with Bill and his team, I felt like I needed to share my experience. They did an awesome job with my case, it wasnt an easy case and it required travel for this group but one of them always answered or returned my call immediately. The amazing aspect was when I needed them last minute because something happened they showed up and were there (thats called team work). They were a life saver on numerous occasions when I would get frustrated and want to throw in the towel. Bill was spot on just like he said in the beginning, it may take a little time but be patient and we provide you with everything you need. I ended up having more than enough evidence to seek retribution for what was stolen from me. JOB WELL DONE!
