We had carpenter and fire ants. We went with Orkin because of their professionalism and their integrity. We called 2 other local companies to compare pricing. The first didnt show up, the 2nd needed to be prompted and he did not do an inspection in the attic or the crawlspace. Orkin took 3-4 hours to look through the crawlspace and even found a leaking toilet seal on one of our pipes. They also did a full attic inspection. They didnt initially find any carpenter ants in the attic during the first inspection so they performed a 2nd inspection in the attic where they eventually found the nest located outside the house. They didnt change the price after they found the carpenter ants which required more work than initially perceived. This company cares. The local company that showed up was cheaper by a little on the initial treatment but ultimately if they arent willing to even do an inspection, how can you trust them to treat for pests correctly without having to babysit them. Orkin told us what they were going to do and when they didnt see the response they expected, they came back. I would recommend Orkin.

Also gets rid of wasps and their nest. Salesman visited recently to do termite inspection and explain termite treatment options. We just moved into a house that had the big roaches that fly called Palmetto roaches. My husband has sprayed and killed a few but i want them all gone. So from past experience I Knew Orkin could get raid of them. So far they have only came out once and done the first spray but just from that we have seen a big improvement. John the tech . was really nice and very informative answered all our questions.

Once I notified Orkin of the hornet nest, they promptly scheduled me for the very next morning. They arrived on time, and took care of the large nest without hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone!

The customer service pretty much consists of one lady, and she has absolutely no idea what shes doing. This isnt bullying, this is fact. Even the people at their main corporate office agree that its being ran poorly.Their bookkeeping is horrendous. I had multiple accounts, with different addresses, and I have only signed up with them once in my entire life. Every time I called, I had to have a 20 minute conversation about how I only have one account, but they never closed the wrong one, even though we talked about it numerous times. This created a billing address for the wrong house, and service at the right one.Theyre thieves - In the end, when we discontinued our account with them, they continued to bill us when we were completely paid up. Even though we could show our bank statements (Print-outs from the bank) as proof that all payments were made , they couldnt find the payments made in their system. Once again, bad bookkeeping and terrible customer service.Also, we were paying for the service to move the ants out of our yard, but that wasnt addressed very well. Its a long drawn out process to remove them, but it was like they were just spraying water on everything.AVOID THEM COMPLETELY

They are willing to work with you the reason I say that is I had some aging cats and I didnt want to have it sprayed inside anymore so they were more than happy to work with me Im just doing the outside they let you know where head when theyre going to come

I do not recommend this company to anyone, stay with a local small business! First, they quoted me at $870, which I have in writing and then proceeded to charge me $100 more. Second, they didn’t clean up any of their mess and they spilled my tire cleaner all over the garage floor and didn’t even clean that up! I’m 6 months pregnant, went into the garage and almost fell due to the greasy mess they left behind. Not only did I have to clean up my tire cleaner but I sweep up all of their mess, they moved all my belongings back on top of the mess, so everything had to be moved again to clean it! There was a broom right where they were working, no excuse! And the third and final thing, they scratched my brand new car on the hood, stated it wasn’t them, and refused to do anything about it! Tried to blame everyone but themselves!! Terrible company and very upset that I went with them to re-bond my house. I just hope nobody makes the same mistake that I did.UPDATE: They continue to deny damages done to the car, but gave us a $200 credit on our next bill. The damage to the car was $484
