This is a great shop! I called on Friday with an issue I had to get fixed on Saturday no matter what,and they got me squeezed in and done ,even though they were short staffed.Huge thank you to Jeff and all the shop! I am 1000 miles away from home and have to have my jeep for work.They took care of me,they will take care of you too.

10 yrs ago I started coming to this Firestone. I have stayed with Firestone since mostly because of the service my wife and I have received from this store. Today was my first time back since moving back to Alabama. The service is still great and friendly. The team is helpful and friendly and do a good job of explaining issues or problems. Toe the service here is great and I definitely recommend checking them out.

Ive been twice, with a simple flat that needed a patch. The job was done right and handle very professionally. Not much to really say on such a simple job, but Im deeply appreciative of the fact that both occasions were on a Sunday afternoon!! Thanks for being open.

Courteous service but....I got into my car and the seat was soaked with sweat and smelled like the inside of an NFL locker room. If you are that stinky and sweaty, have a little respect for other peoples property and put something down on the seat.Additionally, all four tires I purchased were nowhere near balanced. As soon as you hit 60 MPH the whole car would shake and vibrate like a old massage chair. Had to take it to another Firestone dealer to get it re-balanced correctly.Less than impressed.

We were carpooling to Panama City Beach from Columbus, GA when my friends car went down due to the alternator. We were able to pile up in my vehicle so we could continue the vacation. While there, the team at Firestone was in constant communication about finding a new alternator and having it put on by the time we were on the way back. They even found a cheaper alternator than was originally quoted and gave my friend the same price break. No extra fees were charged for leaving it there after the work had been completed for a few days until we were on our way back and picked it up.

I took my car to the Honda dealership to get it checked out they tried charge me $1,200 because my my lights were blinking on and off they told me I needed a new dashboard fusebox. I ended up taking my Honda CR--V to Firestone in Dothan and Im so glad I did I found my fuses had been messed with and put in the wrong places. I only spent $170 thank you Firestone Dothan Alabama for your honesty the Honda dealership tried to rip me off🙄

The worst customer service EVER. If you value your vehicle I do not recommend taking it here. They don’t care what happens to your vehicle while in their possession. When I picked up my car there was a scratch in the passenger door from their employees parking it too close to the line. Manager said it probably happened somewhere else and the vehicle was parked within the lines. They don’t accept responsibility for damages on their property. I’ll never refer or take another vehicle to this business again.

I love this company. My dad has been a wonderful employee for over 47+ years and he is devoted to the Bridgestone and Firestone Co. he works for.

I wont be back. I buy tires here, but I wont anymore. The young guy thay was working the counter as I came in I spoke too, told him I had 16% pressure in my tires could he check for a leak and fill it up, the guy they had working on it couldnt find a leak, I found the screw, then I went in and ask the young man if I could get it repaired, mind you its 6:45 and they close at 7. He said he just took in the last thing he could do, a tire that came in after me, im like can u please help me, his response was well Im not getting out of here on time. Then after pulling my car into the bay they inform me that they cant fix it and didnt even offer a new tire. I will never ever come back. Him getting out of here was one important than making sure I didnt wake up with a flat tire. He didnt wanna fix it and now I hope I can get to work in the morning

When our Good Sams Roadside Assistance failed us, my husband had to change the tire on our cargo trailer himself and the spare was cracking. Our truck navigation system pointed us to Walmart who couldnt help us but the nice lady referred us to this Firestone. They were FANTASTIC! Helpful, kind, courteous, all around great guys! Great price on 2 new tires, they changed them out and had us back on the road within about an hour. The place got jammed after we arrived and I noticed they were as nice to all the customers as they were to us. I highly recommend this Firestone!

Dont use this place, they replaced my alternator, 3 days later my car was back in and they were saying it was my fuel pump. Charged me an arm and a leg, and when I did my research, they ended up having to refund me a significant amount. Their customer service sucks. Took 2 weeks to resolve all of this, and that took escalating it to the district manager.

Went to Walmart after I picked up a piece of shrapnel in my tire but they didnt have my size I brought it to fire stone & the price they quoted me was higher than what I ended up paying out the door👍 Plus they got the new tire put on fast

We were headed home from a weekend trip and our tire started to bubble up and caused a band to break. It was 5pm on a Monday. I called a few places and told them our situation and they stated they were closing. I called Firestone and they stayed open to change our tire for us. They got us in and out quickly and had everything set up waiting. We would not have been able to make it home on time if it weren’t for them. Thank you again!

I noticed they tell everyone that the wait time when they came in or called, is an hour. That’s not the case, I waited over two hours for an oil change and alignment along with the other customers there with me. If you can’t keep up quit scheduling more and more appointments. Every customer had something else wrong with their vehicle other than what they came in for and they try to get you to buy that too. I will definitely try my luck somewhere else.

Watch them carefully. I went in for a tire rotation and they changed the oil in my SUV...even though the Toyota dealership right down the road stated that I was NOT due for one until 5,000 miles from the day I took it to them (Toyota) for an oil change. Toyota even documented it on their end.🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I had the misfortune of getting a flat on my spring break tip (Florida pan handle) and this seemed to be the nearest place on my route that was a reputable source, these guys proved me right!They quickly confirmed they had a replacement tire that I would need, allowed me to schedule an appointment for expected ETA and had me in & out fast. On a 14+ hour road trip, the last thing you want to be is stuck waiting on a tire change. These guys did everything possible to make sure this didn’t ruin our day and I greatly appreciate the professional job they provided!

Ive been here since 1:40pm with my car not even pulled in. All I needed was 2 brand new tires. Theyve taken two different walk-ins before even servicing my car and another woman whos also been here about the same time I have. Its frustrating I just want to go and do the work my damn self if I knew they couldnt handle a simple tire change.

I personally was very pleased with the service I received! Ive been to places in the past that would fix something that they found wrong before discussing it with me but Firestone didnt do that! They found a bad tie end rod while installing new tires and doing an alignment and notified me right away. They discussed with me what the part cost and what they would charge for labor to replace it. They didnt just replace it and charge me without my knowledge so I knew exactly what my bill was going to be before they done any work to my truck. I would definitely recommend this Firestone to others!

I had a headlight go out on my 2008 Equinox. I went to Auto Zone & bought a bulb. They could not install it because the whole front grill of the car had to be removed. I went next store to Firestone & the manager Mr. Garrick let grandson put it on for free.He was so friendly & helped him to replace the bulb.That was about 2 months ago. My car was spitting & sputtering & then the engine light came on last week. I finally got someone to follow me to Auto Zone to see what the problem was. They told me & I went to Firestone they told me the same thing & fixed my problem with a family discount. Plus a special 50% off!I am so pleased with the workmanship & the courtesy of the Mr. Garrick & the whole crew.If I ever need any future work done I know my car will be taken great care of at Firestone! If you need tires, oil change or any maintenance & want great work & price this is the place to go.

Came in for a set of 4 new tires that were in stock according to website and employee on 6/10/19 @8am and waited 2 and a half hours for them to tell me that they were missing one of the 4 tires THAT WAS CONFIRMED TO BE IN STOCK! I quickly asked the employee what was there process for checking stock/putting on a set of tires ...... His response was they Do Not actually check for the tire until they pull the vehicle around.....MAKES NO SENSE TO ME- THE PAYING CUSTOMER! IF THIS IS FIRESTONE POLICY/PROCESS, IT NEEDS AN AMENDMENT ASAP! I spent another hour and $700 just to come back the next morning for the other tire THAT WAS CONFIRMED TO BE IN STOCK . I appreciate Quality but I also appreciate up front Honesty....I would have come back later or not at all......Highly upset ...No Stars, No stars..absolutely NO STARS..!

I bought first set of tires in TX at Firestone as they needed replacing so returned to Firestone here at home since I do travel some. A couple of months ago I got them rotated and balanced only to lose a lug, thankfully in my driveway. Friend found it, ended up tightening all lugs on the tires as they were not torqued. That is definite safety issue. Their response was to ask me if my lugs were plastic, no concern whatsoever. Mon I had nail in tire so went to get it repaired. Too old to repair and was told could not put my spare on because it was too old. Had to buy new spare, ordered new set of tires which I knew I needed. That day took me almost 5 hrs. Today I made appointment to get new tires put on, went to walk as was told 2 hrs. That was reasonable. However, car had not been touched hr later and guy at desk said couldnt be helped, like a doctors office. Be another half hour before theyd start at least and would add another 2 hours. I just said give me my car keys and left, my time just as valuable. Reason for appointment . May get my tires elsewhere. Ive used Firestone for several years and this is a disappointment as well as I question my safety with tires. A note of thanks to the original guy who put spare on and gave me ride to go get lunch while waiting at Red Lobster.

I have been going to Firestone for at least 5 years. Up until recently, I have never has a problem with any of the service members or the technicians. But this last time, the service member named Lynn was a real jacka**. He made me feel like an idiot. I will not be dealing with him ever again.

I booked an oil change for my vehicle online and saw there was a courtesy vehicle inspection included. When I checked in, I asked for the inspection (as we were going on a trip soon) along with the oil change. When I picked up the car, the bill included a $19.99 charge for an inspection. I was never told there was a charge for the inspection, and I was under the impression (from the Firestone website) that it would be complimentary. I normally take my vehicle to the dealership, and the inspection is always a courtesy service (provided at no cost). I paid $35 for the oil change + another $20 for the inspection (that I again thought was free). I can get the same services (oil change and inspection) at my dealership for less than half that price. I took my car to this Firestone as a convenience, due to the fact that I was visiting family in a hospital nearby. I will NOT be returning to this Firestone. I will be posting this review on other websites, because I feel their pricing is exorbitant and the courtesy check compliments of Firestone advertised on their website is misleading and apparently untrue.*** Update: I was contacted by management this afternoon and was given a refund for the $19.99 courtesy check charge. I wanted to update my review to reflect this effort made by management. Im changing it from 1 star to 3 stars, as they did not have to reach out to me and refund this charge. The fact that they took the time to do so means a lot, and I would definitely consider returning to this Firestone when in the Dothan area to give them another try.

Made appointments twice this week and twice I showed up to find a multi-hour wait with no guarantees of getting in before closing. Why even take appointments if youre just going to overload other customers into that time slot?? Went and had my brakes done at Jim Whaleys instead, $150 cheaper and actually felt like they gave a damn about me as a customer.

I dropped my car off for 2 tires, that’s all! I was told I had to come back the next day and drop the keys off because they couldn’t keep the keys, came back at 2 the next day to drop the keys off and was told the car would be ready in 40 minutes, came back an hour later and the car hadn’t been moved. Dont tell someone a time their car will be ready if you can’t follow through. Some of us have only one vehicle and can’t keep coming back and forth for 2 tires.

Way over priced. Will not be going back. They wanted over 900.00 dollars to change my heater core in my truck. The heater core cost 29.95 at auto zone. They charge 39.95 for a heater core and The rest would be labor and taxes.....😱

Update: Following Firestones reply to my review, I promptly emailed them as requested with details of my visit. They have yet to reply to me (It has been 7 months). . . They may want to put up a front of caring for the customer by replying to my review like they did, but it is clear that they have no real concern for the customer--Just wanna save face with the online community.Brought my truck in for an alignment on new years eve. As I drove home, it became very apparent that the alignment was much worse than when I brought it in.I called and scheduled to have it re checked and fixed today. I have been here for almost an hour after my scheduled appointment and they havent even put it on the rack to check it.Terrible customer service if you ask me!

We drove from Duluth, Minnesota to Dothan on what turned out to be bad brakes (in spite of being told they were good when we did a pre-trip checkup with a local dealership). Car barely stopped when we got to Dothan. Took it into Firestone around 8am on Sunday morning, and we were on the road to Sarasota by 10. Excellent job! I recommend these guys highly!

Every visit to this firestone is exceptional. Im given honest advice. Sales advisor is always helpful and I always leave feeling extremely satisfied.

Takes advantage of women. Sold my girlfriend new tires including a spare tire. Yes, the tire that is there for backup that never gets used and was NOT dry rotted. To make things worst, a tire came loose. They denied that they had done anything wrong. Evidently not torquing lugs is not standard procedure. Acted like they did me a favor when they towed it to the shop and then proceeded to tell me that whoever did the brakes left the tire loose. After I brought an invoice proving that they had worked on it after said “brake job” they still denied all responsibility. I wouldn’t by a gun ball from this place. Crooked as it gets.

Had some tires and wheels mounted and balanced here that I ordered online. As far as service they did a great job with no issues. Prices were up front with no hidden cost. Manager was friendly.

Worst experience ever in servicing today!! Came in for an oil change and battery check, was told 30 to 45 minutes.....took 2 hours. After an hour and a half I got up to look through the window and a small framed girl was struggling lifting to put the battery in my car and she was looking dumbfounded picking out tools. I asked was she in training and was told by Lynn (sales representative) yes but knows what she is doing. Yeah right I beg to differ. I told Lynn I felt concerned that she looked very confused and I didnt want people in training working on my car. I got the cold shoulder the remaining 30 minutes I was there. Didnt even get thanked for my business. Sad thing is oil sensor was never reset and doesnt even seem like I got a new battery. At least it has a warranty, that is the only way I will ever return if I have further issues with it, otherwise I will never use this place again!!

So the story is I was going from Charlotte NC to Destin Beach, about 20 Min outside of Dothan, my front wheels begin to shake so bad I thought my wheels were coming off on my minivan. I started calling repair shops. Pep boys, sorry we close in 20 minutes, all the Honda Dealerships sorry we are closed on Saturdays, sorry we just closed. Finally I got Firestone rep. The gentlemen warned me he only had 2 guys working so it may be a bit of a wait but he would take me in! WOW come on now,,,,,that is right away a big WOW! NO one else gave a &%$ that my families life was at stake and this also was putting a serious damper on the start of a family vaca! We got there, they checked us right in. We went to the mall to walk around and have some dinner, three kids were entertained! Yes it took a while but all said and done, 2 new brake rotors and pads and a cv axel repaired and out the door at 800.00. Dealership cost: 1500 to 2k!! Thank you Erin, Patrick, and the mechanic for giving up his Saturday night to help my family! Not a spec of problems in any wobbling since repaired....100% satisfied, and cannot thank them enough!

Not a good experience for my first time there my car lot uses them on the regular u would figure they might treat u with respect they did everything but work on my car when I asked what was going on he said they cant get to it today when Ive already waited there for 2 hrs when they told the car lot to send me there and they would have it fixed with in an hour so the guy pulled my car in to the Bay I told him what was wrong I walked off me and my wife went walking for 45 mins came back n he was working on someones else truck and still hadnt touched my car n he told me I would have to leave my car over night cause it was already 3:45 and they where short handed now when he said that I looked up and seen 6 mechanics ok well we showed up at 1:50 so I talked to the manager and he went out there and changes my cooling fan in 20 mins

I had brake and rotor issues while traveling back to Florida from Missouri. I scheduled my vehicle online after being referred by OReilly Auto Parts. Blake and his team got my vehicle in and out in about 2 hrs. Blake gave me a worse case scenario and it ended up costing less as he didnt sell me things I didnt need. I highly recommend this service center and Im going to make Firestone Complete Auto Care my go to place when I get back home. Thanks Blake!

They didnt use mats & got grease all over the floorboard & running board but at least the tire installation was ok

Blake was very professional and nice, but it took a little over two hours for the mechanics just to get my tires replaced. And the worst part, I had a scheduled appointment! SMH..

We were passing through Dothan and our diesel truck broke down. They took the truck right in and fixed it within a few hours and we were back on the road. Megan was very helpful and the technician was well educated in all automotive repair.

Customer service has slacked some. Came in today for new tires and alignment. Took almost 2 hours and I was the first appt. After I left and noticed the steering wheel shaking at 60 mph. So here I am waiting for a recheck on wheel balancing. Been waiting for over an hour on something the manager told me would take only 15 mins and the car still hasnt gone back into the shop bay.

The service is terrible for car repairs plus they are charging to much not to fix things after hours of waiting.They need a complete overhaul of the stores structure in pricing an ability to perform services required to repair cars or just sell tires.

While sitting outside waiting for my service to be completed one of the workers pulled a car around they just finished working on, out walks an elderly gentleman with a cane. The employee then proceeded to hold him by the arm, open the door and help him in his car.

Our tire pressure warning light came on while driving from Florida to Michigan. My father passed a whilr back and I was driving my mother home...normally my father would have had a tire guage...we didnt. It was raining and we stopped to ask someone to check our tires. A very nice man checked our tires all the way around and said the front left needed 4 lbs. He filled up gave us his tire guage and didnt charge us anything.I buy Firestone tires in San Antonio...it nice to know you can depend on Firestone no matter where you located.THANK YOU!

Came in for oil change and alignment at 12pm. I am still waiting at 450pm. Absolutely awful. I didn’t do anything I had planned today because this place can’t get their marbles in place. Highly don’t recommend
